Dr Watts is a great all-round physician and both my wife and I use him for our Primary Care. He is extremely thoughtful, thorough as is his staff. Unlike the one-star review (which sounds crazy) we have never had a problem making an appointment or getting information from anyone on the staff. We would highly recommend Dr Watts to anyone without hesitation.

Does not return calls. When you call them again they have an attitude about it. Argues with the patients. Not thorough at all and you have to probe to get answers or for them to spend more time diagnosing what is wrong. My spouse has been sick for 5 weeks now. Would not recommend going or using them at all.

Always friendly. I always feel like I can ask any questions and be taken seriously. Hes been able to refer me to specialists if its something he is unable to help with. Ive never had any problems with Dr. Watts or his staff. Highly recommend.

Dr. Watts is the primary care doctor of every member of my family for a reason: he (and his staff) are knowledgable, friendly, professional, and down-to-earth. Going to Dr. Watts is actually a pleasant experience. I recommend him highly.
