I thought I had found a great practice until I went for an annual after having the normal labs done the week prior. Doc (not Dr. Sigman) wanted addtl bloodwork; I asked what for and she said, "lets wait for the results". Turns out she was testing me for auto immune stuff that she never discussed with me; all was fine but I was furious that I was treated like a child and was not given the respect of a conversation about what was ordered. Ive never gone back and when friends asked, told them to stay away. Seems to me that maybe if more insurance is paid out for tests, then doc was ordering them for no reason. Shame on them. A doctor is supposed to be someone you can trust and I felt betrayed and found someone who communicated and treated me like the adult I am.

Dr Sigman is no longer at this practice. I had a long standing relationship with her. Im not sure if she is practicing again or not. I would follow her if she is. I did have my last physical with the new Dr (at this practice) end of last year. I was not impressed but, unless I find Dr Sigman, will likely give another chance before making a decision to look elsewhere.

My Doctor was Dr Carolyn Sigman In Alpharetta ,Ga. She is no longer there and I sure miss her, Best Pleasant , knowledgeable. and almost like family, I do wish I could find out where she is now as I would change in a minute. Office not the same !!! Went to her for many years and my husband also, he would not go to anyone else . Loved that lady !
