If only I could vote NO STAR I went in today with a fever and throbbing pain in my side from a kidney infection when I first arrived I was asked by a Latina woman with dyed blonde hair what I was there for I started to tell her I had a kidney infection and before I could even finish getting the words out she cut me off and sign in and went back to typing. Or whatever it was she was doing before I arrived keep in mind there is only one other person in the waiting room it was a pretty slow day so then she said I need your i.d and insurance I explained I was visiting with no insurance and she started talking SO fast that I actually said Im sorry I have absolutely no idea what you said then she repeats herself but in a rude manner as if I was slow 60.00 to be seen the first time anything over or above will be billed to me or something of that nature & i understand its a Saturday & she might not have wanted to be at work but its frustrating enough that Im the sick one & then I have to deal with her attitude shes lucky Im soooo sick or I would have spoken to her supervisor because shes the first person you interact with coming through the door and this woman IS NOT a people person!!!! I left after that encounter However I will say a positive the lobby was clean and I noticed its true there are mini size Snickers by the sign in desk.

Ive been here twice. Its one of the few places that accepts my insurance, which is nice. Their website also says they work with self paying patients (no insurance) so thats good to know. Friendly and professional staff. Today I went in for a pretty standard problem and the doctor went over the results of my test in brief but thorough detail. She also asked if Ive been getting my moles checked, which impressed me. Today I was in and out in 30 minutes, no appointment. The waiting room is clean and spacious, with a play area for children and a complimentary drink machine that has water AND soda! Also, they are open seven days a week and on weekdays they are open until 8, making this a convenient location for people with a 9-5 job.

Amazing staff and Doctor! The day I went I had only been seated for ten minutes and my name was called. I hate having my blood drawn, my nurse was funny and we conversed casually as she drew blood. It was painless and overall pleasant. I was there for a physical and Doctor Jude Okugbeni was thorough and friendly. What made my experience even better was the fact that he personally called and went over the results of my labs, and patiently answered any questions I had. I am very impressed and highly recommend the Sandy Springs Family Medicine and Urgent Care.

I got the worst treatment from this urgent care. I met Dr Jude Okugbeni and he treated me like i am an object. He made up his mind on the prescription to give me before he walked into the consulting room. He prescribed Ibuprofen for me without asking me if I can take it. He showed no sign of concern even though i can in with Motor Vehicle accident. i think he is such a frustrated angry doctor.

VERY NICE OFFICE. Dr. Drganou is a very knowledgeable, very sweet doctor. Went there with my dad, and we had to go to hospital, she call me at night to see how my dad feels, she was so nice to look after my dad. She call me again the next day, to check on us/ The prices for self pay, are the best one in Georgia. Love dr. Draganu personality. Thank you, and I wish you the best.

My first time here. I just relocated from another state and going thru the process of finding a regular physician. They were extremely professional, nice, and the dr actually sat down and talked with me and addressed every single concern and possible treatment. I will be coming here from now on and I highly recommend them.

I have to say I love coming to see Dr Dragon. She is an awesome doctor. The hours are very convenient. I can make appointments and never had to wait long when I was a walking. I love they have weekend hours. My kids love the free drink machine. If you do not have insurance theor pricing is very doable. No complaints

I have started coming here instead of going to my regular family Dr. because its quicker, cheaper and Dr. Dragonu is way more through and seems like she genuinely cares about her patients. I was visiting from out of town for a conference,and I got the stomach bug. I was advised to go to this urgent care by a friend. The doc gave a shot and prescription for nausea. I felt good immediately and was able to return to my conference. Thank you guys for your care and service. Excellence in caring.

My family came here for vaccination.This is the only clinic in Atlanta that would give free vaccinations for kids without insurance; you pay only for the office visit. It is cheaper than the health department.. They have a nice play room for kids - dolls, video games, action figures and storybooks.

I have been going here since they opened. I may have been one of her very first patients. Both doctors are wonderful and I use them as my primary care doctors. I have been there for everything from the flu to a serious infection. This is the best general care you can get in Atlanta!!!

Dr. Draganu is AWESOME. She really listens to her patients and has authentic concern for them. She takes her time to assess and develop a plan of action for her patients, which I find is rare these days. Ive been seen by her consistently for the past (almost) 2 years.

i never see such poor service in my life. i am waiting to get my lab result more than three weeks. i call them to know my result status they just told me they are going to call me soon but not yet. Finally i decided to change my provider and do again my medical check up.

It is great to have a nice compassionate female doctor to take care of my feminine needs. My kid loves this clinic - the playroom is fun. I paid only $60 for my kids visit; the vaccinations were free! Amazing, a physician who truly cares about her patients.

My wife called to ask if they have the flu shot without preservatives for our daughter and the "doctor" answered in a very rude way that he was not going to figure out if it has preservatives or not, and that we have to go somewhere else. Avoid this place.
