I have been going to Dr. Smith for years. I like that he is very knowledgeable and takes time with you at each visit. He listens to your concerns and explains things to you so that you understand what is actually going on. I dont feel like just another patient in line. I feel like I am important every time I need to visit him. He has a great bedside manner. And once when we had to wait, for no more than 15 minutes, the receptionist actually apologized to us, and explained that they do not like to make people wait in the office. Great practice!!!

Have been going there since I was a kid. Called in to make an appointment and they scheduled me, I had to cancel. I called back a month or two later to make an appointment and they go to schedule an appointment, ask for my insurance and as soon as they find out its caresource, they tell me I am a new patient? They they try to schedule anyway but its weeks out , I said Id call back. I called in again and they dont take caresource anymore since I am a new patient. Ive been going there my whole life and they wont see me. Im really disappointed.

Excellent doctor who actually listens to your concerns and spends as much time as he needs to with you. He is knowledgeable and cares about his patients. I highly recommend him.
