My experience at Dr. Reddys office was horrible. Mary at the front desk is extremely rude on person and on the phone. Ive told Dr. Reddy twice of my experience with her. And the others are rude and very unprofessional. Ive call the office sick and needing refills I never received a call back from Dr. Reddy. The office was much better when Towanda and Kisha were working in the office. Dr. Reddy does NOT like to listen what you say nor does he like for patients to ask him questions.

I took my disabled dad to this doctor and wanted him to sign papers for transportation, the lady at the front desk said the doctor would not sign unless I paid a co-pay. Beware! He wont do any favors without getting paid first.

Dr. Reddy is very honest with you and his staff is kind and courteous. He has been in Jonesboro for almost 20 years and is very trustworthy. Plus the office is in downtown Jonesboro, a very convenient location

The women up front are extremely rude and ghetto. Dr Reddy may be a great doctor but the people he hired at the front desk are terrible. Never going again.

DR ramesh reddy is a good doctor but the waiting time is just too much i had an appointment for 2pm and i was called at 5 pm i think 3 hours are too much
