I have been with Dr. Welch for two years now and I have found her to be very personable as well as knowledgeable. I appreciate her "down to earth" approach with me. I felt comfortable with her from the very beginning and I can discuss anything regarding my healthcare without reserve. My experience has been very positive. I was recommended to her by a coworker and I am so grateful for it. I trust her and I believe she has my best interest at heart as she has guided me to a optimum healthy lifestyle. If you are looking for a doctor that is personable (excellent bedside manners), knowledgeable, straight-forward and truly concerned about your healthcare, then I highly recommend Dr. Lisa Welch!

My experience at this office was not a pleasant experience. It was horrible to be honest. If youre sick and not feeling well and you make an appointment to go to see the doctor you expect a level of professionalism, integrity, compassion, a care provider that you can relate to, trust, have your best interest at heart when it comes to your healthcare and well being. If thats what you want in healthcare provider which I think most people do, I would not recommend her to anyone.

Their systems are horrible. You pay what they say PRIOR to your appointment. You arrive, you dont get seen because they say you owe more...Even when the staff admits they gave you incorrect information.
