VERY DISAPPOINTING.... I had made an appointment for my fiance and I to see Dr. Budeir on a Tuesday and Wednesday at 7:50 am since we were not able to miss much work. We just moved to Georgia and were looking to find a dentist in the area. I gave the "receptionist/office personell" everything she needed, my insurance information, phone number, etc when I made the appointment. I even printed out the paperwork that needed to be filled out and completed it prior to my visit to speed up the process. I arrive 5-8 minutes before my appointment and there is one car outside the office. Inside the car was the same receptionist who I spoke with for 20 minutes over the phone making my appointment and providing my information. She proceeds to inform me that the office is closed today... on a Tuesday, Nov. 18th, and that I failed to call her back with my insurance information and did not provide her with my phone number so she could not contact me to change the appointment I made. She even claimed that she tried to "star 69" me back but it would not work... She then tells me that she can make an appiontment for me tomorrow, Wednesday, Nov. 19th, with my fiances appointment.... First off, the whole excuse was ridiculous and secondly, why couldnt she have made my fiance and Is appointments on the same day and saved us 2 trips? I, of course, declined. I am just frustrated that I did everything correct on my part as a new patient and this company cost me time out of work and would not apologize or admit that they made a mistake. Everyone makes mistakes but not owning up to it is frustrating, especially to a new customer. I had read some of the reviews online and was skeptical but now I am glad that they "canceled" on me anyways.... Do not waste your time with this company.

Today I had my second appointment at Avenue Dental to have a tooth pulled and the bone "rebuilt" to get ready for an implant down the road. I was refered to Dr. Budeir by a good friend who highly recommended him. I was not disappointed! From the moment I walked in the door I was welcomed by a friendly face and a cheery hello! I only had to wait a few minutes before I was taken back and began to be prepped for the procedure. The dental assistant was very warm and friendly as well. She hooked me up to a heart monitoring machine so that they could be sure my heart rate was normal throughout the procedure.When the doctor came in he was so reassuring and it seemed his main concern was about me and my comfort. Usually, the thing I dread the most is getting the shots to numb the area being treated. But the way that Dr. Budeir did it, I literally NEVER felt the needle at all! Really, I never felt any pain throughout the whole procedure!! Dr. Budeir and his entire staff are so professional and very caring! I would highly recommend this dental office to all my friends and family! PS The office is very state of the art and beautifully decorated. Also, the patient chair has a subtly massage feature that keeps your back comfortable!

Dr. Budeir is great with children. I went with my wife and three kids yesterday to this office, we were taken in on time. Dr. Budeir and staff are excellent in what they do. For example, my four year old had a cavity that needed immediate attention. He took the time to explain to us his findings and treatment. My daughter never had cavity before so everything was new to her and as such, a high level of anxiety was there. Dr. Budeirs exceptional approach made treatment so much simpler by continuously calming my little girl and asserting her that she was doing very well, a good sense of humor definitely helped. This truly worked and we had a very pleasant session. His communication, speed and manners are very indicative of his great experience. I highly recommend Dr. Budeir and his office.

After having a complete miss then a meh. I headed over to Avenue Dental where I should have gone in the first place. FINALLY an actual dentist who gets his hands dirty when needed. Apparently I needed. I started chemotherapy shortly after and needed the work done before then. Dr. B got right in there. Even did my cleaning. Did a couple of fixes. One of the teeth looks so new... I can barely believe it. I am blown away. He actually listened to the words that came out of my mouth. Instead of tuning out then giving me stock answers. He actually ADDRESSED the issues. Completely impressed. It has taken me a while to write my review but I wanted them to know I had not forgotten. I have even sent others to them. So stop comparing and wondering. Just go HERE.

I was referred to this dentist and went to him for a general cleaning. I have always had perfect teeth and suddenly he said I had 6 cavities and needed 4 teeth pulled. He gave me a $3,000 quote and pressured me to book my new appt right away. I could not believe this after I had never had any problems with my teeth before. I then went and got 2 second opinions and learned I had 1 small cavity..THAT WAS IT! This lying, money hungry dentist was going to pull and fill healthy teeth just for money. DO NOT go to this dentist under any circumstances, he will do nothing but rip you off. Be careful!

I required some extensive dental work that required close coordination with an implant specialist, a dental lab and Dr. Budier. Overall I could not be happier with the results. Dr. Budier is a perfectionist, and he leaves nothing to chance. He is extremely detailed and wants every aspect of the dental care you receive to be flawless. I wholeheartedly recommend him and his team to handle any dental issues you might have. Dr. Budier views you as an individual, not just a dental issue. I have 100% confidence in his skills and abilities.

Dr. Budeir is AWESOME! He is very patient and will explain everything in detail for you. In addtion he takes his time with you and is very accommodating. I had to have a front tooth replaced with a crown, and it turned out beautifully! He explained my options, and made sure that I was happy. Another plus is that All of the ladies in the office are very nice and sweet! You feel welcome the instant you arrive. PS> Dr Ezat MULKI is NO LONGER THERE.

the staff is always pleasant and ensures I am comfortable with the procedure being done. I am told in easily understandable term of what is of concern in the short term and long term of my exams. I feel confident that I am able to make the best decisions for my treatment plans because of the staffs willingness to take the time to explain and show me pictures of the areas in which are of focus.

My family and I love the staff at Avenue Dental. They are all very kind and caring. My son, who is 7 years old, has always had a great experience with them! They are great with kids. The office is easy to get to, great parking and never have an issue getting an appt. They take their time with you and always answer all your questions. I highly recommend Avenue Dental!!!!!
