I am between dentists and suffered a badly broken molar while eating something hard. The broken tooth was terribly sharp and was tearing the side of my tongue to shreds. In short, I was desperate. I called an emergency dental number and found out that this practice was open at 8 am the next morning & might be able to work me in. Info was sent to Complete Dental and Camille from that office called me promptly at 8:15 the next morning. They gave me a 10:30 appt. I asked for Dr. Chiru specifically and they switched me to her with no problems. They really worked with me to get my insurance going there and I had a painless, surprisingly quick & pleasant temporary crown done. Dr. Chiru was pleasant, kind, and exuded competence. The Dental Assistant was also excellent. They took my Insurance without hassle and my out of pocket cost was reasonable. The lobby is very simple (which I actually prefer so that patients are not paying for fancy furnishings and art) but the treatment rooms are bright and airy with large windows and modern equipment. I go back in 3 weeks to have my temporary crown replaced with the permanent one and Im also having a filling replaced that day. I will post any changes in my evaluation at that time if necessary.

Dr. Chiru is not fair when it comes to her greed. She charged me twice for the same tooth. She has charged me several times for her disservices and I brought her actions to her attention and she has yet to address them. I will see you in small claims court dear. This is not over. You can mail me the check or the blogs will become more and more until we reach my satisfaction. You were paid by my insurance company and by myself out of pocket. You couldnt charge insurance co again because I no longer had insurance but you pdeliberately charged me another $900.00!!!! You practicing like a thief who rapes the customer who has been nothing but loyal to you. I have pictures of the mess you did to my gum and tooth. I have did nothing but pay repeatedly for your disservices as a dentist who provided unto me shade tree work and overcharged me. I have records of all my services. You pulled that pay me first before services is rendered today because you knew you were being shady in getting your money before you did the work. I have never paid you up front no matter when I came, but as soon as you knew about my awareness of this issue you took a route that was not professional. See you in court.

I almost died first of ALL! I went in to Dr. Chirus office for an infected wisdom tooth, she offered to pull it before she did ANYTHING for the infection , so she pulled the tooth, told me to continue taking my antibiotic I was on given via the ER , the swelling got bigger I was in immense pain, so I go back to her to be seen because by now I had an abscess, I asked if she could drain it, she told me no to go to an ER and they drain it!!!!......what??? So I go back again so she can make sure the tooth she pulled healed, she asked me if I went to the ER about draining the abscess and what they said, well I went to 4 they all said NO she is supposed to drain it, all she said was "really?!, hmmm".....WTF! so she FINALLY referred me to the oral surgeon up the street! Due to his office losing power he was able to drain it the next day! But even he said she shoulda referred me to his office before she pulled my tooth!!!! She is money hungry and doesnt know wtf shes doin!! I will NEVER go there again as long as I live!

I recently discovered this Dentist from a friend of mine who told me about it. It is hard to find a good dentist and when you find one, you should stick with it. I thought she was just great. I am glad to have found her. I went there to check out my tooth sensitivity because where other dentists always recommended expsenive and painful options which i didnt like. She found the root cause which ended up just being a badly done root canal and addressed the issue. Sensitivity went away ever since. I highly recommend checking here out, if you are tired of all the *bs* that other dentists always tell you must get done and tag things on and on and on. She saved me alot of pain and headaches. Dr. Churu is a very nice lady. However, the lab that she uses is less than desirable for dentures. This office might be alright for extraction and preventive work but for dentures and implants I would strongly urge you to look elsewhere. My dentures were made 4/11/16. I have been back 25 Times since then including today trying to get them right. The dentist that assisted me today was very rude and refused to do the work I asked her to do. Also, the two young "girls" that were on the front desk were on their phone the entire time I was there and could not answer one question that I asked them. I would not recommend or suggest this dental practice to anyone.

Dr. Chiru must be having financial problems because she did a root canal on me that I didnt need! I was in absolutely no pain. She insisted that I needed it, but that it was unusual to do one on a fractured tooth. The way she kept justifying it the entire time made me suspicious. She HAD NOT shown me the problem on the xray. When I stood up afterwards and asked to see it, she gave me this stunned, omg look. She rushed over, scrolled to the lower, left corner of the xray and showed me a black dot, then fled the room and made herself unavailable. I wouldnt trust her with someone I hated. Greed is an ugly thing!

Love Dr. Chiru, I have been to my share of shady dentists and they all will tell you that you need work done when its not completely necessary or even true, it is solely so they can make money. This is not how Dr. Chiru and her staff operate. She tells me if your teeth are healthy and in tact it is much worse to do work on them. The original teeth are superior to any dental work many dentists talk you into making it seem it is necessary when in actuality it is just them trying to get more work/money out of you. Dr. Chiru is the most honest dentistI have ever met.

This was my 1st experience with Complete Dental. It was the very best dental office Ive been to.The staff is patient focus and concerned about any dental medical issues. 5 starts completely. If you want a great dentistry thats affordable prices regardless of you do or dont have insurance. Do not i repeat DO NOT!!!! Hesitate to cask trust and believe its worth it
