Guess Im the only one with bad experiences. Maybe I caught these folks on bad days, but I wont be going back, and heres why: 1) I got fed up with being pushed into buying a $200 electric toothbrush both times I showed up. I understand its part of your job to tell me how you think I should take care of my teeth. I get it. but when I tell you "no" the first time, just let it go. Stop pushing me into buying something I clearly dont want to buy. Simply put, it made me uncomfortable. Felt like I was being given a sales pitch. 2) The second, and last time, I showed up to this place, I was shown to a room and asked to wait for the dentist to show up. Im sitting down, watching whatever is on the TV, and then all of a sudden, the show turns into some profanity-laden soft-core sex scene (was some Netflix show, not sure what). Im a grown man so it didnt bother me much, but if I was sitting in there with my kids, I wouldve been furious, and possibly walked out the door right then and there. When the dentist came in and I told her about it, she didnt even seem all that worried or apologetic about it. All she could muster was something about how whichever dentists closed up the night before mustve left it on the TV by mistake. Again, I personally wasnt offended, I watch vulgar TV too. But this is supposed to be a place of business, and it just showed a lack of common sense and professionalism. Youve got kids and their families walking into this place waiting to get their teeth cleaned. How do you not make sure that something age-appropriate is on? 3) This was the dagger for me. I had an appointment booked six months ahead of time, for a specific time in the morning, to come back for a third time to get a regular check-up. I get a call the afternoon before my check-up (around 3-4pm to be precise) and I am asked to change my appointment time to accommodate for someone else. There was no "would you like to?" It was just "we need you to." I called them back after they mustve closed, since like most working people, I cant get to my cell phone much during the day, and I asked them if there was any chance I could keep my original time, or even come in earlier. I asked them to call me back ASAP. I never got a call back from them. The fact that I had an appointment booked for six months and they essentially forced me to re-schedule the day before, without even giving me an option to keep my original time, was infuriating. I felt like I wasnt as important to them as someone else, and that I was some second class customer to them. Honestly the only reason this place dont get a 1/5 is they did do good work with my teeth, but the service/professionalism of this place was subpar at best. Simply put, I will not be going back.

I love this dental office , I had the pleasure of meeting both dr rakesh and her husband they were very polite seemed very genuine and caring people very professional but yet made you feel right at home , one of the best experiences Ive had at a dental office , the staff was very friendly and helpful they offered products that would help maintain my oral hygiene and were very informative , i was recommended by a relative that is a patient and couldnt agree more they have amazing customer service and the office seemed very clean as well as the staff . I will most deff recommend this office in the future to my family and friends I travel about 40 mins to go there needless to say I think theyre the best went in for a deep cleaning recently and both Kelly the hygienist and the doctor where very attentive I hate dentist visits but I always go back to them because I know they will take good care of me ! For sure 5 stars if could I would give them a 10 !

I, like most people do not enjoy the dentist.. However, Dr. Pallavi Rakesh is a fabulous dentist! I had to have two crowns done and the anesthesia was wearing off quickly due to how nervous I was and she would wait patiently and give me another shot to make sure I was never in any pain or discomfort. Dr. Rakesh explained everything that needed to be done so that I would understand and is very kind. The girl who works the front Mary, is also very helpful and sweet. Mary explains every cost and what was done so you know exactly what you are paying for. I am happy to say I have found a new Dentist and hopefully that will relive some of my dental anxiety. I would and will continue to recommend Ace Dental to family and friends!

When I first met Dr. Rakesh I had not smiled in about thirteen years. I had a huge gap in the front area of my mouth. In the past I had braces but I was not able to take care of them properly. Throughout the years I had been picked on and I had mastered the art of not having a smile. The day I met Dr. Rakesh, she recommended six crowns. Although I was only able to get four done, my life changed that day. I left that day with four temporary crowns and 1 big smile. I returned shortly for the permanent crowns and I have been smiling since that day. I hope that my message will reach someone who is experiencing what I went through and I hope she can help them as well. Khalil

Friendly staff and a nice, clean office with a convenient location. I felt like they cared about what was going on with my teeth and worked with me and my budget as far as financing options go. Side note-- I only saw Dr. Rakesh for a brief moment and she asked me if I was anemic or sick, said I looked weak and tired. I had no makeup on upon my visit and am a very healthy person...not sure what my physical appearance has to do with my teeth(??!) and was kind of offended, but luckily I have thick skin. First impressions are everything. Only local provider that accepted my healthcare + care credit together. Overall a good experience.

Dr Rakesh is a "rock star" and the staff at Ace Dental is "first class". My service included deep cleaning, whitening and four (4) replacement caps. The process took several weeks to complete. To my delight, all procedures were scheduled one after another. Trust me when I say this office runs like a fine Swiss watch. The quality of work, tenderness of care and overall friendliness by all staff members is absolutely the best in Georgia. That said, I am 100% satisfied with the service I received. I hadnt been to the dentist for quite some time before scheduling an appointment, so naturally there was some anxiety present when I discovered I needed three teeth pulled. That anxiety, however, quickly turned to relief.Dr. Rakesh and her staff are pretty remarkable. Although I came in worried about how things might may turn out, I left more than satisfied with the impeccable work performed, but also impressed with the chairside manners that made me feel at ease and comfortable. I have surely found a new dentist, and recommend Ace Dental Care to anyone looking for the best.
