I had problem with my wisdom teeth and at starting everything looks good with StoneWalk Dentistry. They had provided the quote of 249$ for four teeth extraction after all discount and insurance coverage and asked me to get the CT scan, I had rejected the CT scan since it will not be covered by my insurance, things started changed from that moment. I had opted for 2 teeth extraction....On Surgery day they asked me to pay the fee upfront since it is their policy and I am in a hurry to get the teeth extracted so I did not pay attention to my bill and pay it.....here comes the fun part...THEY CHARGED ME MORE MONEY THAN THE INITIAL QUOTE THEY HAD PROVIDED AND THAT TOO for TWO TEETH EXTRACTION(Initial quote is four teeth extraction: 249$, for 2 teeth extraction they charged me 293$). After coming home I checked my bill and called their office to sort it out. It went toe automated voice mail and asked me to leave the brief message about my billing inquiry so that they can get back to me but they never did.....I tried to go to their office two times but by 3:30PM itself no one is present at the office except the sweeper, but their business timing is till 6PM which is weird. Finally I went to their office and they are telling that’s my INSURANCE has changed the price (the logic I dont understand) and they keep on telling call and check with your insurance. I called my insurance but they say I need to sort it with dentistry since the discount is provided my dentistry not them...I had discussed almost about 1 hour but this people tell me all different stories that it is my Insurance who changed the price, which I never understand....... Since I rejected the CT scan and they want to extract more money from me they charged me more modifying the initial discount. I don’t have any option here to update my bills they provided…… Bottom line…..they look very professional and friendly but THEY TELL ONE THING AND CHARGE MORE TO MAKE MORE MONEY…I HAD THE MOST TERRIBLE & WORST EXPERIENCE with StoneWalk Family Dentistry, Milton.…….

This is the best dentists office Ive been to. They have gotten me in quickly for all of my appointments. The waiting area and rooms are nice, clean, and modern. I am very picky about dentists and had many bad experiences in the past, so it is a big deal that I would say anything nice about a dentists office. I like the dental discount savings plan better than dental insurance. Id rather know up front exactly what I am being charged, rather than get an estimate of what insurance covers and get a bill later for what it didnt cover or find out I overpaid and have a credit. I also think it is cheaper than most dental insurance. My husband and I have had a few problems with getting bills for things that were covered by the savings plan, but they were easily resolved when we came in or called. Theyve always said it was a mistake on their part and weve never had to pay. I wonder if this has something to do with their recent change to a new savings plan. My husband has used their office for years and never had a problem before. Dr. Modha did a great job with redoing 2 fillings that were in between my teeth. The original fillings were done 3 years ago by another dentist and were a terrible experience- had to have 2 injections of anesthesia and still felt pain and then the fillings were so tight I could hardly floss until part of the fillings came out 2 weeks after. Dr. Modha had no problems numbing me up and the procedure was painless. Ive had no problems flossing or with the fillings coming out. The thing I like most about Stonewalk is that the office is very clean. They put disposable plastic covers on the light handles and the hygienist wipes down the x-ray machine right after using it. The hygienist is also careful about changing her gloves if she touches anything that is not clean and then has to put her hands back inside my mouth. This is the first dentists office Ive been to where the hygienist has been careful about this.

This place sucks. Lots of pretense around bring nice to patients, but ultimately no true care. They make it almost impossible to get an appointment at a time of your preference, even 2 months out. I hpave this place striken out after many attempts in the last few years. Do not mistake this for demand. On one of the days that I arrived, I waited for an hour despite being one out 4 cars in the entire parking lot, Starbucks included... And they apparently did not have the bandwidth to fill a cavity that day, although I had mentioned that I needed it taken care of with my appointment. They basically do not accommodate additional complaints in one shot, probably to make more money, unlike many other premium dental institutes that have a genuine interest in patient care. This has happened on several occasions, as a result of which I have tried switched quite a bit, to gladly find way better service elsewhere . That said, it is fairly decent for basic x-rays and cleaning, but they are dismal at cavity care and advanced needs. Dentists here like to think they are doing a major service and one lady in particular puts up her price for fixing an appointment, I think. However, in fact, they pretend that they have no say in their availability and do not encourage direct questions it. How stupid.. Avoid, as like many others, I have come to realize first hand that almost every other dentistry in the area is way more welcoming and especially adjusting to schedule to patient needs. I am not naming names of dentists to be politically correct, but please believe that there are much more likeable places in comparison to this pseudo-hospitable joint.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had , went in for a toothache was treated by Dr. lee (she was great )and told to return the next morning to see the specialist , at the front desk I was informed how much the rest of my treatment was going to be . I felt I was being pushed to make the appointments,I informed the girl at the front desk I would set it up after I had seen the specialist she than informed me that I had one more visit without a co pay and that I also had an $81.00 credit and she also suggested for me to do a google review so I would get an extra $50.00 credit . today when I returned after the consultation I was assisted but Christina at the front desk to check out ,I was told a whole different story today , that I had no credit and now that I owed $60 and change I asked the reason I owed if just the day before I was told I had a credit ? She told me that I had been given wrong information the day before , after discussing with Christina I asked if she could apply the credit she said she would and I left , before I even got home I got a call from Christina saying that I needed to pay she needed a card over the phone , I did pay for it however I asked to speak with the manager Jennifer who was rude , inconsiderate unprofessional ,disrespectful. Both my husband and I have been stonewalk patients for at least 5 years or more but we will no longer use Their services, just to make it clear its not because of the doctors but because of several unprofessional front desk atendents working there now.this was not the first time either my husband or I were badly treated however it is the last time for us.
