I want to share a PHENOMINAL experience at The Dentistry at Hickory Flat. I could have written this sooner but, I wanted to wait out some time to see how everything worked out. Well, aside from the PHENOMINAL experience I had with the outcome of the procedure ...., words cannot describe my JOY!!!! I had the LANAP Laser Therapy for my Periodontal problem. I had in the past the actual quandrant surgery which was very painful and the recovery AWFUL. When I heard I needed to have it again, I was complete turned off. In fact, I said to myself, I rather have dental implants than to go thru that process again. Dr. Katherine was so wonderful about sharing the procedure with me and Jennifer, her Dental Hygenist was so patient helping me understand the dynamics. Well, here I am almost 2 years later with no issues or problems. There was no long recovery, my gums were not cut or sewn up and the best part is that Im the happiest Ive ever been about my dental hygiene. If theres anyone out there who has this challenging dental issue. I would tell you to consider LANAP. I thank God for having it available to me.

What an incredible place! From the front desk, all the way up to the Drs! This is a fantastic Dental office! Im new to them. I found them at 2am, with the left side of my face swollen from an infection. I saw awesome reviews, and decided this is the place for me! I showed up without an appointment at 8am , just hoping to at least get an antibiotic....Instead I was taken care of entirely! They are so professional, and thoughtful! I had every reason to be embarrassed by my condition...But instead I was greeted with smiles, great conversation, and a extremely skilled staff! I cant thank you enough for making me feel like Ive been a patient for years on end! Youre truly amazing! Ive found my Dental home...right around the corner from my own home!

Shelly was super friendly, the office was very well kept, they had free WiFi.... going back to the doctor was very cool each denlist had their own station with a TV and very comfy chairs. The people who worked on me were amazing. Jennifer took the time to take actually images of my teeth and explain to me what she saw and Katherine explained to me everything she did as well both were friendly and helpful. They worked with me on setting an appointment. Even though they arent under contract with my insurance I choose them because you can tell they know what they are doing and they care about their patients.

This office was so friendly and accommodating! I had to bring my 8 month old baby along for my first appointment and she was pretty fussy. The front office staff and hygienist were so sweet and kept trying to help keep her calm and entertained. The hygienist also seemed to clean my teeth pretty quickly, which I appreciated, being a mother of two. Doctor Katherine was really sweet and professional. They told me I needed some fillings (which I suspected because I had been having sensitivities in those areas.) I will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

Very nice staff. Problem is that the dentists didnt do good work. I had broken two teeth and needed help. One of the two root canals had to be redone two day later. Crowns didn’t fit correctly. Their work was bad. I’ve had lots of dental work but the Lee’s work is substandard and they caused lots of unnecessary pain. About six month later I couldn’t stand the problems any longer and had to pay another dentist to replace both crowns at my expense. Nice people but not good work.

This was my first visit. I was pleased with the care I received. I shared my concerns with the dentist and staff, they listened. The staff were attentive to my needs. Appointments have been made convenient to my schedule. Billing and insurance information explained. I feel confident that my dental health will be taken care of. Yes to Five stars but I am not sure loved it is the correct terminology for a professional business such as this

some of the most modern dental work Ive had over the years. They have a friendly staff who help explain thing to you and help explain how and what your insurance will cover. Which if you have ever dealt with insurance companies, having someone to help navigate that world and talk to them for you is a fantastic help really lets you know what will be covered and help plan you care out to best suit you.

I recently moved to the Canton area and am so grateful I found Dr. Katherine Lee and her staff. Everyone is very nice, the office is spotlessly clean and Dr. Lee is better than any dentist Ive seen. They worked with me and my insurance regarding unexpected treatment. Dr. Lee and her staff all have great personalities and make the dental experience actually pleasant.

I was worried about my 6 year old needing some teeth pulled. I took all of my kids in with me, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to my crew. They took X-rays of my 6 year olds mouth and told me he didnt need any teeth pulled. I was so grateful for the whole experience, and couldnt beat the price! We will definitely be going back!

This was one of the first dentists that I have found in a long time that was honest and very thorough. I believe the office staff was super friendly and helpful. The DR. Im absolutely impressed with how friendly and understanding this dentist is. It usually takes ALOT for me to come to a dentist in general. Im 8 months pregnant and had my gums swell and cause me so much pain, and they got me in ASAP and made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend coming here over anywhere else.

This is the group for those of us who are afraid of the dentist! Thorough, gentle, and friendly. The office is immaculate and the staff is extremely friendly. Procedures are explained in great detail before hand and your comfort level is constantly checked. I love this office and recommend them to everyone I know.
