I have been a patient of Milford Dental Excellence for quite sometime. Typically I will see any of the doctors on staff as they are all professional, personable and kind. Unfortunately, my past few appointments have been with Dr. Powers and I must share how unprofessional, uncomfortable and embarrassed she has made my passed few visits! Dr. Powers displays arrogance and belittled her staff as if she is above and better than them! I have witnessed this on more than one occasion and while I will continue to go to the practice I will not be visiting Dr. Powers. While I am laying in the dental chair receiving services I am shocked at how she treats her staff! Its embarrassing to witness someone being belittled and talked down to as if theyre unworthy. She is clearly not a team player in the practice and I happen to know firsthand how kind and professional the staff at Milford Dental Excellence is. Please dont let Dr. Powers unprofessional and demeaning behavior sway your decision from visiting the practice, everyone from the front desk all the way to the doctors are kind, professional and comforting, its just unfortunate that Dr. Powers can not reduce her ego enough to see what a great staff she has.

I am a patient and employee of Milford Dental Dental Excellence, and I can say that everyone there is wonderful. Over 10 years ago I wrote a vision statement for my career in dentistry, two things that were very important to me were to be in a practice that provided quality care to all patients and and to be treated with respect as a colleague. In the past year that I have been blessed to be a member of this team, I have grown more in my profession than I have in the other 9 years that I have been in practice. The Doctors are amazing, they are always willing to teach, they listen to concerns, and they are willing to learn from their staff. Not many people can say that they enjoy going to work, but I can. I am treated as more than an equal or colleague , I am treated like family. I 100% recommend Dr. Powers, Dr. Egbert, and Dr. Reineck to anyone, as they care for my husband and children. Call today.. I assure you that they will not disappoint you.

Since I was a child I had been afraid of a Dentist, bad experience. I finally found a great Dentist Dr Tramontana, in NY. When I moved to Ohio, he referred me to his service buddy who happened to be Dr Egbert. I lived in West Chester but travelled the distance to his office. I love Dr Egbert. He is kind, gentle and was very understanding of my fears. I am now in Florida and am way overdue for cleaning and X-rays. I travelled back to see him for an appointment once since I moved here. He is the best. Dr Egbert had some great gals working in his office when I was in Ohio. One special one, Joni Annan. I have in the past, recommended him to friends. I am slow to find another Dentist here although I know I will have to, unless I make trips to Ohio. I highly recommend Dr Egbert. Thanks, Carol Durgin

Dr. Egbert and Milford Dental Excellence has been our primary dental care provider for well over 20 years. Not only is Milford Dental Excellence a pillar of our community, but has also been instrumental in helping my family identify not just dental issues, but health issues even our primary care physician couldnt spot. I respect and adore Dr. Egbert!! Him and his staff are second to none!! I can say with the utmost confidence that Milford Dental Excellence is the absolute best dental practice I have had the joy of visiting! To say they are like family to me would be an understatement!! Thank you for taking such great care of us!!

The night before I was to leave for vacation, I chipped a molar. I called the after hours line and within 5 minutes, Dr. Egbert called me back. I explained what happened, pain level, etc., and he gave me a suggestion after asking some questions about my chipped tooth. If it werent for Dr. Egbert calling me back quickly and giving me a temporary suggestion (that absolutely worked so the sharp edge stopped rubbing my tongue raw), my vacation would have had to have been put on hold until I could get into the office. I personally know some of the office staff and everyone is friendly and helpful. Thanks Doc Egbert!

I have been a patient for about 1 year. I have gone in biweekly for Invisalign checks and have been nothing but pleased by the entire staff. They have treated me like family since my first visit and it makes for a warm and welcoming experience. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone. Update 7/24/17- I took my husband who has severe anxiety surrounding dental procedures, as well as my son who is 2 today for their first appointments at MDE. Ruthie and Andrea were INCREDIBLE with them. The team is always kind, gentle and inviting. We are so thankful for this practice!

I have been a patient at MDE for over 11 years. I cannot express enough how loving, caring and attentive all the staff is there. From the girls at the front with their welcoming smiles to the Hygienists that go above and beyond with patient care and education on how to properly care for my teeth. The assistants are warm and compassionate and took extra gentle care of me when I was receiving treatment. I have been treated by both Dr. Egbert and Dr. Reineck and both are very gentle. I could really tell they care about me and my comfort. Thank you everyone!

This dentistry practice is by far the best one Ive seen in SE Cincinnati so far. The worst one is in Batavia where the guy groped my wife in a very grey-area type of situation and he did a very low quality job and unfortunately our insurance wouldnt let us come here. We went to another to get his botched job fixed. Since we had insurance issues and the only dentists she can go to are females, and the insurance not having a female dentist for her to go to, we are coming here outside of insurance, thats how much we like it here.

The staff at MDE are amazing! From the moment you walk through the door and are greeted until the moment you leave, you feel more like you have been to a friends house than to a dentist office. I have 2 young children, 2 and 4, who love coming to the Dentist because of the care they received at MDE. In fact, every time we drive by they say, "theres our dentist!" I want to give a special shout out to Heidi and Ruthie who worked with 2 rambunctious boys today! Thanks for taking such awesome care of them for me!

The staf at Milford Dental Excellence are very friendly and helpful. I am always greeted by my first name as I enter the door. I have total confidence in the competence of my dentist and I think he is very personable. I cannot finish this review without mentioning their TV scrolling of dog and cat photos in the waiting room. I really look forward to seeing those photos and it certainly sets me in a relaxed positive mood! I am thankful to have found this great dental practice.
