Dr Thomas is a skilled dentist, that tries hard to save teeth and provide care that will keep his patients coming back for months to come. However for either a family of adults or senior members he believes saving a tooth is still the wisest decision even if the elderly patient may not completely understand what the science of todays dentistry provides for seniors members. This does call for all information of care to be explained and understood by all parties including the patient, caretaker, front office worker, and technicians.. This also makes it very difficult to speak privately with anyone, including the front office worker who may come back to go over finances and other personal matters if mistakes are mades and yet again, no way to speak privately without others hearing the information in the cubicle next to you. .. No experience, with the fact that these private matters with a senior adult, sometimes requires repeating at times causing confusion. Only due to the front office manager not having correct information on hand or the patience to correct it. Turning the whole experience to a fault with the patient.when they try to help My review is that Dr Eaglin Dental Groups staff need not treat any one, the way I watched an elderly man treated. Due only to problems with communication,along with discrepancies within the front office who had no patience for the elderly.who may need extensive or expensive care that could and would have been paid for.

A dentist here advised aesthetic work on a tooth, never explaining that there were potential risks of further sensitivity/damage. I would have kept my tooth fine as it was if he had. When I came back in to discuss and assume theyd fix, the next dentist told me the one whod worked on me was no longer employed there. But I was still stuck with a extraneous bill for bad tooth work, and further in need of correcting the previous dentists mistake. I left the appointment with no plan to return, since its not wise to trust a care provider who doesnt display compassionate or address concern thoroughly.
