Beware! I have been a patient here for years and just recently started having problems. It is my understanding that they have changed ownership and things have just gone downhill. My first problem is with the billing errors, they had my children listed as adult cleanings, sealants and fluoride treatments. I had to spend a lot of time on the phone to resolve this error. My next problem was a few months later when I had to have a cavity removed and re-filled. I received a rather large bill and they tried to tell me I had not met my deductible. When I questioned the lady about the work I had done earlier in the year she told me that they had not billed my insurance for that procedure. WHAT?? You just did it pro-bono. I called my insurance again...and they gave me the amount paid and a copy of the bill. I must also say when you call to schedule an appointment, be prepared to be transferred to several people and it take 20 minutes to schedule your families cleanings. My last issue just happened last week. I moved my family to another dentist in Centerville, 3 of us needed cleanings and my teenager needed a cavity filled. Upon x-rays of my son, we found that he did NOT have a cavity at all! I hate to think that they are unscrupulous but I have had 3 issues in a very short time period. All of these issues were quite a bit more money in their favor.

This was my first and last visit at this $$$$$ expensive dental office. I needed 5 teeth extracted thats all. I eventually will have all of my teeth pulled due to calcium deficiency. I had 5 teeth extracted at a different nearby dentist and had no problems other than the fact they don use any kind of sedation. After I spoke with the dentist and after x-rays, he said he would start with extracting 4 upper teeth including a wisdom tooth. He asked me if I was going to get dentures and I said Yes eventually but not right now. He walked away for a minute and a lady came in the room asking me to go over "The Plan". She showed me what I would owe out of pocket after my insurance paid. The amount was $4,000.00. I am not joking or exaggerating, it said $4,000.00 not $400.00 but $4,000.00. I looked at her and said I could not afford that because I am a resident of a skilled nursing facility and that the facility gets all of my monthly income except for $45.00 a month allowance. Then she asked would I consider taking out a personal signature loan for the balance. I said, Uhhh how would I make the payments on a loan that would probably have a 14% - 18% APR. I said no thanks. Unless you are extremely well off financially I would reconsider going to this dental facility. I have no doubt the lady makes a hefty commission. Thanks but no thanks.

The experience was ok, they are pricey...but trying to get them to let me know if my insurance would pay for some of the work, BAD! I left several messages and then finally, I called and ask to speak to an Office Manager or a dentist, as the insurance girl would not return my calls; and my insurance time was running out! I was told there is no one to talk to and no office manager. The insurance girl never did call me back and now I am unemployed and my insurance has run out!! I explained this to her and the girl answering the phone that I needed a call back as I was getting laid off.....no one ever called me back and still today, 1 month later, no one has bothered to care or call back. DO NOT GO HERE..if the front desk and insurance girl treats you like this and there is no way to complain to anyone...YOU ARE STUCK!!!!!!!!...

Great costumer service which starts at the rep on the phone, throughout the technicians, doctors and checkout desk. Everyone are extremely friendly and even funny, they wont nickle and dime you like most cookie cutter dental clinics do, theyll even waive some charges for you. No charge for the "laughter gas" neither. They actually enjoy see you buzzed and start joking with you. Best service I ever got... and I am not scared going to the dentist after visiting this place! They even give you a free gift (as a coffee mug for the car and what not). Real sweet sweet place!

10+ year patient. Needed an appointment and was on hold for over 5 minutes. The person they have taking calls for appointments is far from professional. Extremely frustrated that she was not listening and just wanted to talk in circles. 1st available appointment she offered was same day and I advised I could not make it in that soon. No other options given for less than 10 days out. She then stated appointment was actually not same day but 3 days later. She never asked what I needed to be seen for or if I was an established patient. I have taken my business elsewhere.

All of the staff here are dedicated to taking care of your needs. They are professional and caring. Our whole family is seen here. Our children see Dr. Jackson who does a great job and I see Dr. Williams. Dr. Williams assistant Karen is AMAZING and Sherry who cleans our teeth is equally as amazing. They offer a comfortable environment that makes going to the dentist every 6 months an easy and enjoyable (yes, I said it, enjoyable) experience. I highly recommend you give them a try!

Very sad and terrible experience with finance department. As a military family Im very disappointment for the way we were treated. The office informed me of payment long after we were there. Not straight forward so please be aware. I was told that they accept our insurance when I called but actually they are not in the network anymore (my mistake for not double checking). I do not recommend this office to any family or friends. Very unfair the way they handle my situation!

I am so grateful for Marsha Bennett who works there. I trust she will always give me the very best advice and service with mine and my familys dental care. We go to this practice because of Marsha. Dentists can be scary places (I have had more than a few bad experiences growing up). I know Marsha will make sure I get what I need and only what I need and that we are always treated with respect and dignity. So grateful Centerville Family Dental has her!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Centerville Family Dental. Sherry Baker was a phenomenal Dental Hygienist! My husband had not went to the dentist for years, but I told him about how nice Sherry was, and made me feel comfortable in the chair; he went in and saw her, too! She obviously knows her stuff, any question I had she answered without hesitation, which only enhanced my experience at Centerville Family Dental. I would highly recommend Sherry to anyone!

My experience at Centerville Family Dental was great. I brought my 2 year old daughter in for her exam an everyone at the office was fantastic. They made me an my daughter feel very welcomed.The staff is great there i would recommend Centerville Family Dental to anyone that needs any kind of dental work done. Especially for kids. The staff was great with my child an i know they would do great with other peoples kids.
