I use to love this dentist. But now...nope!!! Today i took my 4 year old for a small cavity. Well...first i had my other children with me and since yall changed policy to where other children cant come back there i was forced to let him go alone. I knew he was gonna have a problem and i figured yall would use the board as you did with my oldest. But NO!! I heard him crying and screaming and went back there to see 3 nurses and the dentist holding him down doing his filling. When something like that happens you should then call the parent! But did yall, no!! You forced my son down and that most certainly is no way a child should be at the dentist!! When my oldest went in yall used the board and i had no problems other then the fact yall stood there chit chatting about stuff that had nothing to do with her nor her teeth! I mean how unprofessional can you be? And i missed an appointment, i paid the 25 dollar fee in cash and im told i gotta get it back in check? That is not the form i paid it in, there is no policy posted stating thats how youll get it back. I sugesst you get yourselves together and keep your hands off children who dont belong to you!! You never know the past of thise children and for all you know your damaging them more!

Gave a treatment plan and then attempted to jack up fees. Refused to do a cleaning unless I paid for other items not included in the doctor and staff approved treatment plan I was given.
