Beware of fraudulent and double billing practices. In addition the receptionist also attempted to overcharge me by $177.00 by charging me for something my primary insurance company had already paid. This office billed my secondary insurance company (without my permission) for services to which they had already been paid via cash, personal credit cards, flex spending accounts and my primary insurance company. When confronted they promised to return the money to the insurance company which I was awaiting so the insurance company could in turn forward it to the rightful provider, my Endodontist (who is still waiting to be paid.) Not only have they not returned the money, now weeks later, but I have been advised by my insurance company that according to Dr, Kims own contract ( in which she was fully aware) she was not allowed to return any money to the insurance company but instead had already been instructed to pay the money directly to the insured (me) so I could pay my Endodontist directly. When I confronted Dr. Kim about this she attempted to offer me a pathetic partial refund still pretending that she needed to return the balance to the insurance company. Needless to say I refused it and I again called the insurance company on today and they advised me to file an official grievance complaint against Dr. Kim with their own compliance department. I have already decided to file a complaint against her with the GA insurance Commissioner and GA Board of Dentistry. I have also decided to sue her and request punitive damages as this unpaid Endodontist bill is beginning to adversely affect my credit; it was recently reported as 30 days past due and turned over to collections. I suspect that this Dentist may be having financial problems: What else would cause her to attempt to be so dishonest? It is sad because she seemed like such a nice person. I would not recommend this Dental Practice to anyone due to HORRIBLE customer service

I Wouldnt recommend this dentist to anyone! She was very rude and degrading to another patient in the next area "no real rooms" i heard their whole conversation. The dentist basically told the patients mother she cant afford the services that needed to be done at one time. She stereotyped her. Then mother said the price didnt matter she wanted it done all at one time. Which caused her to lose yet again another patient. After she was done with them my son was next. He was a new patient she must have been mad at the other patient because when she came in i said hello twice before she said a smart hi no introduction period i would not have known her name "Dr. Kim" if i hadnt overheard it. She only checked which looked like two back teeth for cavities and he started to cry i got up to comfort him and she looked at me like i was irritating her. She left out of the room and said the dental assistant would brush and floss his teeth and thats all. Because she couldnt do it or deal with him. I find that appalling especially when you accept children 5 and up. Most of her staff was very friendly and helped to make my son feel comfortable. But the actually dentist was very unprofessional!

I had a bad tooth ache and called them. They got me in immediately. Dr. Kim and her staff knew instantly i was scared ro death of dentist.the staff and Dr. Put me at ease and were very very alert to my fear and put me at ease talking to me and explaining what needed to be done. Dr. Kim told me what she was doing as she did it so there was no surprise her assistant was fabulous very careing and loving even after the procedure.Ive had bad experiences in past with dentists but they eased my mind from the minute. I walked in the door. Receptionist was fantastic and very patient with me. I would recommend them to anyone if needing a dentist. And they are very affordable if you dont have insurance. Thank You and your staff for making my visit fun and anxiety free!!!!!!!

I have been with this dental company ever since 2008/2009, I believe. From my first visit up until now, the dental hygienists & staff have been phenomenal. Dr. Kim has taken great care of my wife & I. Denise has a personality that makes you feel like you have known her all of your life. Last but not least, Sandra is a great addition to the team. Shes nurturing & truly cares about the people. These three ladies are the reason why I still enjoy coming into their dental office. Whether, its getting my teeth examined or cleaned. I will always choose them!!!

Highway 138 Dental will surpass any expectation a patient can have. This morning visit was just a routine cleaning, but due to unexpected circumstances, I thought I would have to reschedule. BUT, NO I did NOT! Dr.Kim and her Entire staff stepped up and did what I thought to be impossible! They completed the job effortlessly! The customer service and dental procedures are impeccable at this office. And I will never seek a different dentist! Hats off to you guys!!!

My family have been patients of Dr Kim for six years and she is very caring and considerate when it comes to taking care of her patients, very honest and upfront, wont let you get anything you dont need, I had nothing but a good experience when going in for an appointment. Where there is a great Dentist, there is also a great staff. I highly recommend this dentist.

I had a severe toothache today and when I went there I was so nervous but everybody was so friendly and nice. The doctor was very understanding and when she pulled out my tooth it didnt hurt one bit!!! I am glad I was able to find a dental office I trust and that made me feel good before, during, and after my ectraction☺
