From the VERY first phone call I felt welcomed, taken care of , heard and relaxed. Tracey was so sweet , and understanding of my situation and right away she picked up on the fact that I was scared and I had been suffering alone with my dental nightmare inside my mouth. She calmed me , made me laugh and made my first appointment and for the first time in 5 years I was feeling optimistic about experience . Every person that I came in contact with behind the front desk Fran, Tracey and Mellisa was REALLY KIND and somehow they helped make me feel relaxed and always put a smile in my heart !My recent experience in a dental chair had gone terrible .I told them this and they just made me feel like they saw people with my issues everyday ! I was given an estimate of all the work that needed to be done, making sure to include "the worst case scenario" just in case. When I was given the grand total for all teeth to be extracted and a full set of dentures ,2 implants , follow up care plan I said I am shocked. She said good or bad ? And I said amazing !!! And you have a deal (I imagined it was going to be like 20 K and it was going to be almost half that) and I will take out a loan if I have to so I can get this done here immediately. I just KNEW I was in the best hands and that I would be treated with respect and I was going to get my life back. I had become a home body because I was so embarrassed by my teeth. I couldnt smile at my 3 year old grandbaby because "she hated my teeth " she said. That was the final straw!! And my new Dental care family was going to give me my life back , my laugh and smile back ! Dr Parsa made me feel so excited instead of scared to death!The big day was set for about a month away. I was getting very nervous and with each visit I was made to feel more at ease . Then the following Monday I called Annete ( Dr Parsas Dental assistant ) and just asked if they thought I could get it done any earlier . She said let me call you right back. She had called her lab and asked if she got the impressions over to them today how soon could they make my dentures and implants? They said Friday, and she said sorry I need them Thursday and the lab said Thursday afternoon and she said No I need them by 7 am, its so important and they agreed!!! She called me back and said how soon can you get here ? 10 minutes later I was in the chair and my appointment was set for 4 days away. The procedure went as perfect as it could ! Dr Parsa had pulled off a miracle in my book !!!I was never in pain. And I cried when I saw my new teeth!! They were a work of art !!! I can not say enough wonderful things about my experience. I would be writing all day if I shared every story of how good I felt leaving after every appt !!! They ask about my grand children , they have loved on my grandbabies , even helped me with them when I HAD TO BRING THEM WITH ME !!! Thank you all for helping me get my happiness back , my laugh and a million dollar smile!! All of my friends and family and all the staff have said they watched me transform into a totally different person !!!

I wanted to take a moment to thank you all at JCDE. You all have blown me away. I have had an irrational fear of dentists my entire life, which was made worse year after year of avoiding the dentist and being spoken down to and scolded when I did go. It made me feel like I was in trouble or an awful person, and who wants to go when youre feeling like that. I learned about Dr. Tran and his team from my boss. She always talks about what a great experience she has, and to be honest I never believed her. When an old filling fell out and I needed help asap, I asked her for your information. When I called to schedule, the woman was so friendly, made the appointment for the very next day, When I arrived, I was greeted very warmly by a woman at the front desk and asked to fill out my paperwork on an ipad. After waiting a very short time, I was brought back and the Dental Tech got to work right away. I was treated like I mattered and that means a lot. Dr Tran came in and took a look at my xray, explained very calmly what he was about to do and did it so gently. Ive never had an anesthetic shot less painful. I truly was one pinch and he was done. I cant say enough about how I was treated with respect and how down to earth the staff was. Thank you for making me excited about coming back again.

I booked an appointment last week and I gave them all of my insurance (the lady said that they need to verify the insurance and get pre-authorization ahead of time) and contact information. She said that my insurance was in-network and I was good to go. If she needs anything else, she will give me a call. Great! I walk in this morning and fill out paperwork. The front desk lady says she doesnt have my insurance information and wasnt able to verify. So I gave her my card again and wait around while she calls to verify. Apparently, my insurance is not in-network (if I knew this, I wouldnt have bothered keeping the appointment in the first place). Since Im here already, I figure Ill at least consider out-of-network services. However, they are not able to get a fee schedule for out-of-network prices (insurance to blame?), so they said my options are to pay for services out of pocket and I will get reimbursed later or to leave my them credit card information and they will charge it once they figure out the pricing. Yeah right, I dont think so. Long story short, they should have verified the information ahead of time like they said they were going to, and if they needed more information, they should have reached out to me. Dental Excellence, please be mindful of other peoples time.

I was very impressed with Dr. Parsa and his team. The name of the practice is very fitting. I cracked a wisdom tooth a couple months ago and knew I needed to visit the dentist. I had a bad experience when I was in my teens so I waited as long as I could. I did a lot of research and Dr. Parsas name kept surfacing. Not to mention the fact he has so many happy clients that have written reviews. The office and reception area reminds me more a spa than it does a dental practice. Lots of attention to detail and elegant. The staff was very warm and friendly. After I completed the paperwork they brought me back and took X-rays. It was what I expected. The wisdom tooth needed to be removed. Dr. Parsa was very professional and set the expectation very well. He told me the procedure might take 20-30 minutes depending. He numbed the area and went to work. The whole procedure from start to finish lasted 15 minutes tops. The best part about it was that I didnt feel a thing! No pain. Everything healed normally and Im very grateful for his help. First class office. First class dentist. They get my highest recommendation.
