First let me say that I am writing this review 2 days after visiting the clinic. If I had written it on the same day I would have given the clinic 5 stars but unfortunately I called back today to follow up about something and I was caught off guard and made to feel uncomfortable by the receptionist (T***y). On the day of my visit, all staff were exceptionally friendly, accommodating and respectful and I can honestly say they went above and beyond to assist me with any concerns I had. The next day (yesterday) I received a call stating that they had some Easter baskets for my children and asked that I come and collect them either then or today. This was so thoughtful and kind. I was unable to collect yesterday but asked my husband to do so for me today. Since we do not live far from the clinic I thought Id call ahead to let them know to expect him since they have not yet met him. This is when I had the conversation with the receptionist. I would like to note that I did not ask for any baskets for my kids, it was an act of kindness from one of the members of staff. She knew the ages and gender of my children and said she had set them aside. When I called today to inform them that my husband would be there momentarily, I was made to feel like I was a scrounger and the receptionist even let out a slight chuckle as if to say "sure, well just drop everything for you." I felt very uncomfortable and as a matter of principle I will not accept any further instances/gestures of goodwill from these people.

PRC MEDICAL has the most caring health staff and volunteers in Georgia. The services are professional, free, and exactly what you need when you need it. They will take the time to speak with you about any situation you are facing without judgement and help you make really good decisions regarding your personal health! You wont regret taking the time to talk to the staff here to see what the options are for the situation youre facing. Really any question(s) you may have they will do their absolute best to answer and you can be confident in knowing it is accurate. Dont hesitate to call them at any time, they really can help YOU!

Its a nice place. Beautiful and clean. One thing I really dont care about is how strongly they push religion and marriage on people. I have a close relationship with God but not married, wasnt good enough for them. If youre pregnant and not married, youre life is completely wrong. "The father of my children will leave me if were not married". Lol. Other than those "talks" they have with you the place is ok. Im far from a teen and not spitting out kids left and right (on baby number 2 after 5 years with same father) I really dont need the "talk".

I am very thankful for everyone from Pregnancy & Abortion Resource Center in Douglasville. This program has given me the courage to move on with my life and accept what I didn’t want to accept.The services are free and confidential. I was really struggling with abortion and felt stuck until I called them, I love my daughter and wouldn’t change it for the world.

Receptionist was rude and condescending when I called. She assumed she knew what I was calling about and was very quick to try to send me elsewhere. This is supposed to be a place of compassion and understanding and she made me feel awful right off the bat. I would encourage women to look elsewhere if they want a caring place for answers.

Very unprofessional I believe my husband paid them for their results which were wrong currently seeking legal counsel to get to the bottom will keep everyone updated if I find these people did anything fishy everyone will hear about it and I will sue the hell out of these people

The staff here are extremely polite and made me feel very comfortable. There was a little bit of a wait but I didnt mind and I completely understand why! Its early to get lost in conversation with the ladies! I recommend this location!

I first went to the Carrollton location and the staff was very unwelcoming, but at this location everyone greets you with a warm welcome, and make sure they take care of you! Would definitely recommend.
