I have been a patient of Gainsville Family Dental Center for more than 5 years. The hygienists and Dr. Debra Nwosu have been very professional and courteous in their dealing with me. They are honest, transparent and dont recommend unnecessary services in order to rip you off of more money, as was my experience with my previous provider. They have all together earned my trust and confidence both in the service they provide and in the interest they have shown in the wellbeing of my teeth and my wallet. I have no plan of considering any other dentist to take care of my teeth because I dont think I can be more comfortable with any other provider as I have been with the staff and the Doctor at Gainsville Family Dental Center. I give them thumbs-up for their excellence in customer service and honesty.

I would give a 0 if I could. We waited for 20 min past our appt time, which I understand, sometimes things get backed up. We went back and this was my sons first dentist visit ever, so he was scared. The nurse explained everything but couldnt get him to open, she left and came back with Dr Nwosu, who was huffy and had a "I dont have time for this bull ****" attitude. She told me to hold him in the chair and the nurse pin his arms down and I said that wont help hes claustrophobic and she said "okay...(then to the nurse) just hold him..." he was screaming and freaking out while she squeezed his race to make him open his mouth and I let him up and said "ok stop, were done" and she said "well, I cant finish hell probably bite me anyways"...now just mentioning the dentist he gets upset.

Dr. Nwosu has been my family dentist for 12+ years. Herself and her staff are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My 6 year old daughter and I always look forward to visiting her for our preventive cleanings every 6 months! In fact we get excited about going to the dentist!! Recently my fiance was in excruciating pain from a cracked tooth, his dentist could not see him for another week, I called Grace Family Dentistry and they saw my fiance that day and was able to do the extraction immediately. (Out of pocket price for self pay was the lowest quote in town too!) I am so thankful for their accommodation and the care that they provide! I recommend them to every individual I know and continue to trust Dr. Nwosu and her staff in caring for my loved ones dental needs!

My first visit to Dr Deborah was exceptional. I normally am uptight during cleanings due to having very sensitive teeth. The hygienist Heather took special care and was first hygienist I ever had that did not hurt me during the cleaning process. Dr. Deborah preformed a crown on me and was very wonderful at taking special precautions to make me feel very comfortable by delivering a pain free service. Both my temporary & permanent crowns fit beautiful requiring no adjustments. Excellent and friendly staff through out office. Highly recommend Grace Family Dentistry!

My family and I have been going to the Gainesville Family Dental Center for well over seven years now and we would not go any where else because Dr. Nwosu and her entire staff are very compassionate and really take care of their patients. From the front office to the Hygienists to the Dentist...courtesy and professionalism are what weve been experiencing at this dental office. This office deserves more then a five stars. I give it an A+.

It WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! The ladies at the front desk were exceptionally rude! They acted somewhat snobby! The dr is also rude as well. All they care about is getting paid!! My mouth hurt for days after leaving their Gainesville office. And need i say they did not fix the problem. I am current ISO of another dentist! If youre looking for a dentist DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT CHOOSE GRACE FAMILY DENTISTRY IN GAINESVILLE GEORGIA!

I dont get the why other reviews are so positive , my experience was not great, I will not be going back , my daugher who is 17 yr old, was seen and needed filling and the doc, numbed her and did not wait for the medican to work and stared drilling when she told the doc she could feel everything, the doc scofed and rolled her eyes at her, I get that she is a kid but she still deserves the same respect given to an adult,

Hi Im Margie Nash :) My boys Zachary and Rusty have been going to Grace Family Dentistry for about 7 years. We are always treated great and always greeted with a smile. The ladies at the front desk are very polite and helpful. Mrs. Nueosu has takin very good care of the boys - and their teeth show it :) The office is very nicely decorated and always clean

From my first office visit at Dr Deborah Dwosu I feel really comfortable there, for she will explain in easy wording the treatment to do. Excellent staff ,never had any problems if needed to cancel or reschedule an appointment . I will definitely recommend this Dentist to family and friends.

I am very impressed with this dental office. I had a tooth ache and I got a visit on the same day. I hadnt slept for 2 days because of severe pain. Dr.Deborah took great care of me and I went home and had a wonderful nights rest. This will be my home dental office for know on.

no professional , they are tough on the phone , they give you appointment for the wrong city , they do not have management they tell you they do not have and do not need and they laugh and make fun on you by phone , The Health Department need to investigate these people

Dr.Deborah Nwosu is great she always leaves my teeth clean. If I have cavities or dont floss correctly, shell let me know and Ill do better the next time. They are great at their job and they are friendly and kind. I definitely recommend coming to this dentistry.
