Great Service. Dr. Lees office scheduled my appointment on unreasonably short notice, and even managed to fit me into an opening a few days earlier when another patient cancelled an appointment. When it turned out that I needed a root canal, they managed to get me in the next day and finish the procedure in about a half hour less time than I had expected. Both the Doctor and the Assistant were extremely capable and made the procedure as comfortable as a root canal can be expected to be. Dr. Lee was very sensitive and tactfully anticipated my concerns over the potential financial impact of dental work on the budget of a young guy just starting off in the professional world. Luckily for me, Deb did a great job helping me navigate the insurance requirements to have the work done without any out of pocket expense. Overall a great experience, and Im glad I was referred to Dr. Lees office!

Absolutely the BEST in terms of service, professionalism, and expertise. Dr. Lee is so amazing that although we have moved to Chicago, we are going to come back to her for certain procedures - because we trust her skill and her staff just that much. You feel more a member of a community and family, than merely a patient with dental care. Deb is really fantastic in helping you figure out what your best options are regarding dental care (and its limited coverage). Ive been to other dentists after leaving Ann Arbor - and simply no other practice can compare with Dr. Lees. She and her staff are a TRUE FIND!!!

Julie and the staff are wonderful. I had an appointment today and was so pleased with how I was treated. During my visit I was very nervous at first but Melissa made me aware of everything that was going to happen as she was doing it. I was told about many different options for my personal treatment plan. I am taking my kids to this office next week as well. I love the fact that I did not feel like they rushed through my appointment. I can tell that Julie really cares about the clients. Dawn at the front desk was very kind and so patient about lots of questions I had! Thanks Ladies :)

When I saw my Hygienist (Eriko) yesterday for a periodontal maintenance appointment yesterday she was so gentle and gave me really helpful advice on how to best care for my teeth. Dr. Lee came in for a sec just to say hi and see how I was. Deb and Dawn were both so friendly at the desk :) Im so glad I found a dentist and dentist office that I really feel comfortable at!

I went there twice each time I told the dentist do not do any work that is NOT COVERED under my insurance she said ok.The 1st time she charged me 40.00,the second time she charged me 300.00,thats FRAUD!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK THERE AND I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!!

Best Dentist in Ann Arbor! Dr. Lee is so gentle and extremely thorough. She explained things to me that no dentist has ever taken the time to explain. And because I understand the why, I am much more compliant about my dental care at home. It is no wonder she has been voted the Best Dentist in Ann Arbor 3 years in a row!

I just recently started going to Julie Lee after my former dentist stopped accepting my employers insurance....and I am so glad I found her office! I came in with a chipped tooth and she not only got me in right away, she made everything look better than it did before! I would recommend her to anyone!

I felt very well taken care of, and well informed after the basic check up with Julie. Office is very clean, well organized. Staff was warm, friendly and informative. Cookies were baking in the oven and Xmas music was played which added a nice touch to my very pleasant visit!

She knows nothing about dealing with pregnant patient. If you are pregnant or you think you are pregnant DO NOT GO TO HER. She will do everything to you as if you were not pregnant with out caring about the health of your pregnancy

Go to Dr. Lee! Fast, convenient, and friendly! The exam is very thorough and they explain what you can do to improve on your own. (I need to floss behind my bottom teeth :) ) Im actually looking forward to my 6 month visit!
