We returned to this practice today to seek treatment for our other son. We were told that Dr. Burson was no longer going to be a part of this practice after Friday. We were really disappointed to hear this as he was the reason we sought treatment from this practice in the first place. Also, the knowledge that he was leaving resulted in us having to be seen again in 2 weeks when another doctor comes to fill in. I would have like to have known this before out appointment because we will have to be seen again in 2 weeks to do the exact same thing as today. Since we drive an hour to be seen, being told this when the appointment was made would have been helpful. Hopefully, the new doctor will be as WONDERFUL as Dr. Burson. We were VERY impressed with him and will miss him terribly.

Dr Bruson has preformed sinus surgery on me. He has been my ENT doctor for over four years. I find Dr. Burson to be one of the best Doctors I have known. I am 77 years old and retired from the military with 21 years active service. I have seen a lot of doctors and Dr. Burson is one of the best. His positive attitude, his explanation in depth of the patients condition and what his recommendation are is very comforting to the patient. Dr Burson explains fully what you can expect from any procedure or surgery. He is a very professional and understanding doctor. The staff at his office in Peachtree City is outstanding. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and are always there for assistance..

I had an enjoyable experience from start to finish. The check in process was different from anywhere else I have been to. They use a tablet to ask your personal info, health info, and payment info. It was very private as opposed to other offices yelling out my address and phone # to the other 10 people. It saved time in the room as well because it asked about my active symptoms and medications which then transferred into the system. So the medical assistant only needed to review it instead of taking more time to put it all in. I arrived at 9:25 and left at 10:15 (and that included a full hearing test because I was a new patient). Everyone was friendly and answered all my questions.

The Ear Nose and Throat Institute does not file insurance or billing in a timely manner. When I quested that I was not making paying anything they said insurance is covering it. Nearly 7 months after service I received a large invoice. They expected the bill to be paid in full at that time. Their billing department pawned the mistakes off on their old billing service. They were not flexible on a payment plan. I would never go back to them for anything - get another ENT with an office who understands insurance and timely billing. Plus, I would add that although the doctor was in my network the surgery center was not - when I questioned it they said the insurance would pay.

This establishment is very professional and kind to patients and guest accompanying patient, they always show concern and care about your health. They accommodate you when you have to see them urgently and always handles my 4 year old with gentle loving kindness and that approach helps for him to get whatever examination done because we know the little ones are very afraid when it comes to doctors!!! Overall I love this peachtree office and the Newman office and would recommend their services to anyone who needed GREAT ENT care!!! Also last but not least the ladies at the front desk are TERRFIC and represent the ENT Clinic well!!!.......

The minute I walked in, I was greeted by the admin staff with friendly smiles and great attitudes. The nurse practitioner, susan, was amazing and listened to my concerns. After treating me, she showed me the way to the audiologist, Sydney, who is the best Ive ever seen in 20 years. Sydney is excellent and very attentive. I never felt rushed at any point. I would highly recommend this office/team to all my friends. I had been a patient of Dr Burson for over 18 years. I was very disappointed to learn that he has left this practice. He will be greatly missed.

What out for this office!!!! I was shocked to read the waiver of my rights to settle a dispute through the court system. They wanted me to sign that I would not take the doctors or the owners of the ENT Institute to court but agree to settle all disputes through arbitration! READ ALL THE FORMS YOU SIGN FOR THIS OFFICE!! It is owned by a corporation and has very aggressive policies. I refused to waive my rights and they refused to treat me. Im so glad I found Dr. Fletcher instead.

Dr Burson is my ENT dr, he is professional, good bed-side manner, explains everything in terms that anyone (even children) can understand, love Dr Burson!! Took my 11 yr old grandson to Dr Burson, he was so pleased, Dr Burson has good report with children, he explained all treatment plans, made our visit very positive! We look forward to having Dr Burson manage my grandsons surgical procedure. We were all at ease with Dr Bursons care.

My experience at the Ear, Nose & Throat Institute was exceptional. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Everyone was extremely pleasant and genuinely concerned with my well-being. Dr Moody was awesome. She was very informative and attentive to me and my medical needs. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone suffering with allergy or Sinus issues.

Extremely high cost for services and unethical billing practices. I was told the cost for services would not go against the deductible so I agreed to the allergy test. I later got a bill from them for over $1000 for the tests which did go towards my deductible. The billing dept. was merciless and did not admit fault. Save yourself a lot of $ by going with another ENT.

I had an excellent experience yesterday at this office. The staff squeezed me in for an immediate appointment, explaining that my hearing issue was time sensitive. They all went the extra mile to make sure I received the best care and explained exactly what was going on with my ears. I feel like the doctor is being proactive with testing to cover all the bases.

Dr. Jones seems very experienced, took time with me to understand my problem. Waiting time was not bad. When I tried to call the office next day as I was throwing up on taking prescribed medication, it was impossible to connect with office. Same recorded essay went on and on. When got through, left message, but never got call back

Dr Burson has a bedside manner which is one of the best Ive experienced with any doc. My recent problem occurred just priori to an extensive travel it could have been potentially life threatening. His immediate response and attention provided quick assessment and diagnosis. Fortunately for myself and my travels thing "worked out."

I have always had a very good experience with Dr, Burson. I had a ear condition that for several visits had to be suctioned out. For over a year now it has improved with out the suction. Im very sorry to learn that Dr. Burson is changing to another location. I just hope I can continue to see him.
