Cons: Patients, I encourage you to find out the exact costs of your treatment in writing prior to receiving treatment. Read paperwork and wavers carefully before signing. Dont take the front office’s word for treatment costs; have all billing information in writing. My personal experience at this clinic was poor communication between both the front office and management AND me, as the patient. Unfortunately, the treatment costs communicated to me verbally were NOT the costs I am paying due to paperwork I signed at my first appointment. I was charged approximately 40% more for my care after my appointments. I received a bill from Physiotherapy Corporate. It has taken several weeks to resolve. Pros: The physical therapists that I treated me are wonderful and knowledgeable at this clinic. I am happy with my treatment care that I received at visits. It is beneficial to go with the expectation that they will be most likely treating more than one patient at a time.

Physiotherapys center on South Cobb did a fantastic job for me. I went in there a few months ago with a painful rotator cuff shoulder problem. Candace was my primary therapist. Through a combination of exercise, stretches and some life style changes, Candace coached me back to 100%. I always looked forward to going there and felt like I made progress with every visit.
