I just noticed some one star reviews and am really surprised. My experience with Physiotherapy was great! I paid as I went so never had a billing issue. The price was very reasonable too. My therapist was extremely knowledgeable, effective and really helped me with my issues. They have tons of cool equipment and give you great ideas of how you can continue your therapy at home. Im very familiar with all the different forms of exercise: personal training, boot camp, yoga, Pilates, spin... you name it. In addition I went to massage school. So I thought I had a pretty good idea of what would have been appropriate for my injuries and what kind of exercises I could do but the therapist showed me some really creative and effective exercises that Ive never seen. I was very impressed.

Very Worst Treatment Diagnosis. I went to physio theraphy since my neck was bothering, these guys just tested me physically by just touching my spine and asked me do some head movements and asked me to do exercises, the exercise worsen me to a situation the pain level went from 2/10 to 10/10. After one my friend recommend for chiropractor, I went there and they took x-ray and told that since I have a nerve pinch, thats why it has worsen it and asked me to stop doing exercise, and he treated me for nerve pinch , now I am recovering ..... Dont go to this physiotheraphy associates, I wasted my money going to nearly 6-8 visits.... I dont know how to get my money back ...... TOTAL WASTE GUYS in there..... There are not even worth to get 1 star rating.....

Do NOT use this facility. Their billing system is a total disaster in that they claim money is owned, after shoddy record-keeping. If you try and resolve an erroneous bill, they will send you to their PA billing office. PA sends you back to Dunwoody. Dunwoody sends you back to PA. Who is responsible? The bottom line is that you will end up arguing with a collections agency when the bill indicates $0.00, but they are still trying to collect. In our case, $61.47 and theres no documentation. Sad.

I cant say enough good things about their care. They helped me rehab after shoulder surgery. Very professional, kind and compassionate. I never had a billing issue. Love them.
