I went to this location once for therapy in the pool & NEVER returned. The pool was visibly filthy from afar, as in very cloudy. Once I was closer, I could see all kinds of debris: fuzz, lots of human hair, & worst of all I couldnt see thru to the bottom of their shallow pool it was so nasty. The therapist assured me that they had pit in more chemicals earlier that day. I should have refused. I got in... I take medication that lower your immune system & mild chemotherapy. I literally got sick that night. Ended up needing an antibiotic. YUCK! I cant speak on other locations but I will NEVER go to the one on Jolly rd again. Not to mention every other facility had only one person at a time in mini pools. There were 2 other people in with me along with their family standing there watching. I didnt sign up to be half naked in front of ogling strangers! Oh! The shower & longer had a lot of mold. In a tiny shower I was struggling not to accidentally touch the gross liner! Wear pool shoes cuz it was nasty!

Ive been to this facility a couple of times over the last 6 or 7 years or so.. I always thought this was the perfect physical therapy place, but no longer. Regardless of your condition everyone is doing the same exercise and if you dont respond youre made to feel like its your fault. This change in attitude starts at the front door and extends through the facility. Im sure this "one size fits all" works for some people, so I cant give it a poor to fair rating, but I have to say, I dont know what happened here but I cant recommend it.
