This is not a reflection on the therapists. The therapists were very helpful. Their billing practices are the worst I have ever seen. I paid a $25 copay for all of my visits in January and part in February. I notified them in early February that my copay had changed to a $0 copay. They still have not refunded the copays that I paid from January and February. They refuse to refund until all of my visits have been paid, even though they have already been paid for all of the visits that I paid the $25 copay on. I stopped therapy early, because I realized it was just prolonging my refund. I have checked with my insurance company, and all of my visits were paid as of 4/7/14. They are telling me they do not have all of the payments yet. I bill BCN for a living, and know that all they need to do is go to WebDenis and pull the payment. They are not posting my payment intentionally. I will never go there again for this reason! Still do not have a refund, and they were paid 3 weeks ago!

My fiance had a good experience two years ago with the therapist but his insurance got denied so he stopped going. Wanted to go back this time with his new insurance and they wouldnt even see him the day they scheduled him because they had ever heard of his insurance (its a brand through Medicaid and he had his cards with number to call). Needless to say because the receptionist was so rude we will not be returning

Absolutley LOVE this place! Im what is called a Repeat Offender as I get injured quite a bit. I always come here. Sarah is the best! She knows her stuff well and always gets me fixed up sooner than expected. The other therapists are great as well! I highly recommend this place

I dont normally leave reviews but I saw how low of a score this location had and needed to my feedback. They have been nothing but great to me. Im still getting treatment but have seen steady improvement since going to them. I literally have zero complaints.
