I did not care for my first experience with this practice and I wont be back. When I attempted to schedule, I felt the access to care was poor and it was difficult to schedule a flexible appointment. Once I arrived (early) to my first appointment, the front desk staff continued to gaggle and did not acknowledge me or give my new patient paperwork. I was taken to my therapist and she arrived in the treatment room 15 minutes late. After an extensive consult, I was only able to have 10 minutes of actual therapy time. Once completed, the therapist checked me out (not the receptionist) and set up all of my appointments. Once that was done, the receptionist gave me my paperwork and asked "Do you know what youre supposed to pay today? Most people know their benefits." I work with insurance and am fully aware of my plan, so her tone and delivery were extremely offputting. They also do not have a solid confirmation system. I have to date never received a reminder call of an appointment. I would recommend text or email reminders. Its 2014. I have decided to take water aerobics classes at the Aquatic Center down the street. It sure beats rude service and $35 per visit. My advice: Update your systems, and retrain your rude front desk staff. My therapist seemed very nice and knowledgable. Its a shame her support staff have lost her a patient.

This summer my 18-year-old son was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and was recommended to go to physical therapy at Physiotherapy Corporation. I am extremely disappointed by Physiotherapy Corporation and their customer support. He went there by himself and asked very clearly how much each session would cost because I have a high deductible and it looked like we had to pay out of my pocket. My son made sure she understood that I was paying out of my pocket. The lady said each session was $50. He was told to sign some papers and being the 18-year-old boy he is, he didn’t read them before he signed. The papers entailed that the $50 dollar price was just an estimate and we later got a bill for $700 in the mail. I was very surprised that a company recommended by Kaiser would deceive their customers in such a way, especially to a teenager. I have no means to pay for the $700 bill so my son now has to work to pay off the bill. They lied to me and I feel like it is a scam, and that she just wanted to get me. I asked for the price because I could have gone to a different place offering a cheaper service if I was not happy with the price. Yes, the only mistake my son did was not reading the paper. They cannot take advantage of that, they told him the price and it should remain.

My 16 y/o daughter has been having issues with her jaw for over a year. We have been from one specialist to another. We finally get to physical therapy, Physio, which was recommended by our doctor. We made an appointment at the office closest to us for August 29, 2017 (the Post Oak Tritt office) The front office staff were very kind. My daughter had an appointment with SHERYL BEVERIDGE supposedly great with jaw problems so thats why the receptionist , Juanita, suggested her when I called on August 28, 2017.) My daughter overheard Ms. BEVERIDGE stating that she was tired of getting all of the TMJ cases and "why did they send them all to her?" The proecedure itself brought a lot of relief to my daughter so we decided to just let it roll....until I got home and a voice mail to call them back. At this point the receptionist, Juanita, told me that they thought wed be best served going to "Adam" at another Physio facility OVER SEVEN MILES from my home!! All because SHERYL BEVERIDGE does not want to deal with jaw pain issues. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I cant begin to tell how very unprofessional this experience has been. Im thinking we will head to BenchMark!

I wish they did more hands on. It seemed to me that Jackie gave me busy work to do while she worked with other patients. I am not sure if that was her choice ir just how they do things there. At my last visit, she was working with two or more patients plus myself. She was also being interviewed by a student at the same time. I was given exercises to do, and they were exercises that I had the materials, and could have done at home on my own. The facility is very nice, and everyone there is very nice. The equipment looks like it is well maintained. My wait times were only minutes at every visit that I had. I liked Jackie very much, and thought she was an expert in her field. I was scheduled for six weeks but canceled my appointments after two.

I went for my first therapy session and was extremely disappointment. I did not get any benefit from anything the therapist was explaining. I just received a bill and 2 of the line items were not even performed. I am on the call with the center to clarify and looks like 2 of the items billed for were not performed..
