Reich Dental Center is a dental clinic located in Smyrna, Georgia. The facility offers a range of dental services and has been the subject of various reviews from patients. This article aims to provide an unbiased overview of the clinic based on the reviews available online.
Some patients have praised the clinic for its professional and caring staff. They mention that the experience is as pleasant as a dental visit can be, from the warm greeting at the reception to the treatment itself.
The facility is described as state-of-the-art, with gentle massage chairs and overhead TVs to distract patients during procedures. The clinic also leverages technology for appointment reminders.
Patients who have been with the clinic for several years express consistent satisfaction with the services. They appreciate the thoroughness and patience exhibited by the staff.
Some patients have had less than pleasant experiences, citing rude and unprofessional behavior from the dentist. They felt that the focus was more on efficiency and less on patient comfort or satisfaction.
There are reports of painful experiences during procedures like fillings. Patients felt that their concerns about pain were not adequately addressed.
A few reviews mention that the clinic seems more focused on expensive treatments rather than necessary, cost-effective solutions. Patients felt pushed into getting procedures like crowns when simpler solutions could have sufficed.
The reviews for Reich Dental Center offer a mixed bag of experiences. While many patients are satisfied with the professional service and state-of-the-art facility, others raise concerns about customer service and the focus on costly procedures.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I will not be returning to Reich Dental ever again. I’ve been twice for cleanings only and everything was fine (clean office and facility, nice hygienist, and in the brief times I saw Dr. Reich she was pleasant). However, I needed a filling done today and thus my horrible experience begins. First, they numbed my mouth and although there was a little pain I was okay. She left to go attend to her other patients, which is fine since my local anesthesia is continuing to work. When she came back she started drilling in my mouth and I felt pain so I said stop. Instead of her being nice and calm with me, she gets an attitude, says I’m too sensitive, and then says she needs to refer me to get an IV that will cost $1500. I was so taken aback by her attitude I said nothing and then talked about how I haven’t had this issue before. Then she brags about using top of the line products and thus basically something must be wrong with me (she didn’t say this directly but this is how I inferred her rude bedside manner). I don’t care what type of products you use, if I’m feeling pain then either something is wrong with your product or you need to use more of the product (especially since this is your first time working on my mouth and everyone is different in regards to how much anesthesia you should use). It was only after she was rude and nasty that she said she could try again but if I’m too sensitive it won’t make a difference (in other words, I don’t want you to waste my “top of the line products”). I told her if she didn’t think it would make a difference then why even try again… She tried to be nice as she left my room, but by then she had already left a taste of disdain and downright disrespect in my mouth. To add insult to injury, I asked her assistant a question about another procedure I was suppose to have done there and she said I think you could have finished this procedure. Are you kidding me??!!! I’m supposed to be in complete pain and agony just to get through a filling. I am SO DONE with this establishment! It seems to me that Dr. Reich only cares about getting you out of her office quickly and making sure all your insurance money is used up. Now, I’m not saying that I have a problem with doctors who are efficient however if it comes at the risk of good customer service, I’ll pass. Dr. Reich needs to adjust her attitude because my horrible experience could have been completely avoided. She should have apologized and suggested that I receive more anesthesia. If I was still in pain after this time, then she could have advised me on my other options. SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER PATIENTS! My prayer is that as doctors and dentists, I hope the goal of you obtaining such high educational accomplishments is that you have a desire and passion for your field. If your passion has diminished or become extinct, then I think it’s time for a new profession or retirement. To whoever is reading this, if you’re looking for efficiency, some pain, and a rude doctor then you can stay here but if you are looking for a dentist that respects and cares about her patients, you are at the wrong establishment.

I love Reich Dental Center! Who loves going to the dentist? No one (that I know of), but the staff at Reich Dental make the experience as pleasant as possible. From the moment you walk into the door, the warm greeting and prompt attention sets the tone for a 5-star experience. I never sit in the reception area more than 3 minutes (and its so nice in the waiting area, I feel like I need to show up 10-15 minutes earlier to enjoy it sometime. Lol) EVERYONE is professional and caring. They even have a knack for delivering your treatment plan in a way that doesnt make you feel like you should be posted on the "wall of shame" for not flossing 5 times a day or for being a month (or year) late from your last appointment. *No judgement zone* This is a full service dental care center, for all ages. The facility is state of the art (be prepared for the gentle massage chairs and overhead tvs to help take your mind off the fact that someone is working in your mouth). Ive been coming here for over 5 years and I can truly say that each experience has been at the same level of excellence. I have referred several friends here, and will continue to offer them as a top recommendation for dental care, especially in the Cobb County area. (Oh, the trauma or anxiety, of searching for a new dentist after one retires, sells the practice, or the previous location is no longer convenient.) Check out Reich Dental! Dr. Reich has angel hands, ALL the hygienists are amazing (shout out to Addie), and the office staff are the sweetest around (hey Brittany!). They even encourage you to take their pens... and they are those awesome pens that you will chase someone down if they try to take it from you.) They leverage technology to remind you of upcoming appointments (texts or email) and they even start appointments as early as 6:30 am (maybe you can still get to work on time). If youre reading this review, maybe it means youre looking for a dentist, schedule an appointment. Your teeth will thank you!

I was a patient of Dr. Reichs for 8 years. Her office is beautiful, has all new equipment, and her front desk staff are the sweetest people. However, Dr. Reich was extremely rude, short, and condescending to me on multiple occasions. I was so embarrassed she spoke to me the way she did. After being there for 8 years, I was talked into getting a crown on my front tooth by Dr. Reich rather than simple getting the old, discolored bonding replaced. A huge difference in price. After getting a crown that I didnt need and having to get a root canal because they hit my nerve when preppy my tooth for the crown, I went to a different dentist. I found out I didnt need a crown and could have simply gotten new bonding. Dr. Reich apparently is in this business simply to make money. It is very upsetting I trusted her for so many years.

I have been with Reich Dental Center since 2000 and there is a good reason why. They are awesome! Kayla is the best and Brittany T as well are all of administration. The front office is friendly and professional. Becca and Shimeco are awesome and they always help me to understand whats going on with my dental care. Thats my team. Enter Dr Reich. All I can say is that she has some serious skills. I am always confident that her assessments are on point and the options are the best available. I am pretty particular about a lot of things and this is one of them. A good dentists is essential to good health. Check them out and I am sure you will be pleased. Im there 17 years already and not going anywhere.

I was blown away with the patience, kindness, and thoroughness of the staff. From the receptionist who checked me in, to dental assistant who did my X-Rays, to the doctor who did the exam, and the hygienist who cleaned my teeth- every single person I interacted with made sure I was well informed about each step of the process and was so patient in their explanations of my care. I read mixed reviews before going and was a bit on the fence about my visit. That said, I must say, I dont have a bad thing to say at all. I had a teeth cleaning and routine exam, and look forward to my next visit.
