TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! She was very rude a.k.a. (Black girl attitude) and unprofessional while speaking to me about my childs appointment that her STAFF rescheduled THE MORNING OF! I traveled 35 mins to get there only for them to tell me that I was 11 mins late and I had to reschedule, I told her that the way they went about the scheduling was unprofessional and she proceeded to say a rude comment to me and tell me I could wait or leave. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!

Great place and the staff is amazingly respectful. My daughter was 16 when I changed her doctor to Trinity and Ms.Wilson talked to her as if she was her own daughter. I knew when my daughter came out smiling that she was comfortable with Ms. Wilson and I was right, she talked about her most of the evening. Thanks Ms. Wilson!!!

Always a great experience! Very professional. My kids love her! Always great about getting my kids in. Im always on time so I really never had an issue. Highly recommend her! I drive from Duluth to see her and dont plan to ever changing.
