This doctors office has created the worst experience for my children and I. One visit after another, I become more disgusted and discouraged. I would never recommend this place for anyone desiring care for their little ones. And I make that statement as a preschool teacher and mother of three. The wait time is ridiculous and unbearable for the young ones. I have yet to spend less than three hours in a visit that I have arrived for my childrens appointment on time...Ive tried scheduling an early morning, mid morning, and afternoon appointment before deciding I will never schedule another appointment with them again. Ive even arrived for an appointment on time and after waiting two hours, was told the nurses had taken their lunch! In addition to the longstanding wait times, the staff is not courteous or considerate at all...as if they do not comprehend the fact that they will be dealing with infants and toddlers! Ive heard the rude comments and watched judgmental stares theyve given to the parents and other kids as well...its disgusting! I would love to know how to report this office to DFACS or any authority thatll do some sort of evaluation! Its a horrible experience coming here and I wish that I never made the choice to continue seeing Doctor Kendall as she is very dismissive with any concerns that I have... do not waste your time or patience on this place! Your child/ren deserve better!!! I wouldnt give ANY stars!

Doctor kendell is a great doctor. She looks after my son really well. She takes her time and look him over. And ask me do I have any question. Its a good place especially me being a first time mom. There wait time sucks though you would wait a hour past your app time.
