I would not being my dying dog here! They are ridiculous, They are the rudest people I have ever met. They talked about my son openly in a "Nurses station" that is IN THE MIDDLE of the whole office. I tried to call to see if they would call my son in some magic butt cream and was told "Go to the store and buy him some resinol"!!!! They are not doctors, nurses or NP! They area horrible group of people and I strongly urge you mothers to reconsider taking your children here. They saw my son 5 times before he was admitted to the hospital with Kawasakis Disease and they claimed for 2 weeks it was a ear infection with 104.1 fever!!! My son had febrile seizures and was miserable for 2 weeks Because they will not take the time to be DOCTORS! They look in his ears and say Yup, Its an ear infection.. They talk bad about parents and children alike!

This place is ok. I do like some of the doctors while others I can live without. We love cody. She came in and loves our son. Shes great with him and my son really likes her. Some of the other doctors are rough with him and dont look at somethings we bring up. I came here due to lack or insurance on my half. They wait 6 months while I fought for insurance for my son. They did get mad about back bills and did stop seeing him. I was late once by 15 minutes and they told me to leave. I have to call and get a new appointment. I wish I could of taken my son to the place I wanted to when I gave birth to him but I was unable so I found this place through a friend. They are ok people. I do recommend them. Not everything they do Im happy with but for the most part they treat my little boy good and care for him and thats all that I care about.

My daughter has been a patient here since she was a day old, Dr. Meyers personally came to examine her at Southview, as a routine newborn exam. We never have wait times or see the office chaotic. The office staff is friendly and helpful and the doctors and providers are competent and caring. Routinely, we see the the nurse practitioners. I can honestly say they really put their heart into their jobs, Ive even had them call from their personal phones after hours to check on my daughter when she was ill. They are so vigilant and passionate about seeing kids healthy. I trust in their care whole heartedly.

In contrast, unlike a previous user stated, I dont feel like they are disorganized! I like the staff and pediatricians here. I have never seen them super-crowded, in fact, Im lucky to even get a single chance to chat with just one other family in the waiting room, since they are so quick to schedule people in. In the past, we did have to sit and wait in the patient rooms for 15-30m from time to time, probably because of the healthcare technology overhauls everyone was going through in 2012, but that seems to have faded to a 5-10m wait. Very easy to work with, willing to explain things, no complaints here!

Dr. Myers is a quack. After being extremely rough with my daughter to the point where shes scared to even go back, he missed MULTIPLE ear infections that were then diagnosed at Childrens or Urgent Care and now my poor baby is scheduled for surgery to get tubes because she has significant hearing loss. I wouldnt recommend this office to anyone. If he was the only pediatrician in the city it would be worth the drive to another town.

These doctors are disorganized--it is always super-crowded--and they actually refused to see my daughter when she had an ear infection because I had a $15 balance--then proceeeded to tell me the doctor would not ever see her again. Look around and get more personalized service and care for your little ones. After all doctors are first and foremost supposed to be concerned about the health of our children...not late fees.

Incompetent. I called and specifically asked them if they accept United Health Care through the state. The receptionist assured me that they did so I went forth with scheduling an appointment for my daughter. Once the day of the appointment arrived, they regretfully informed me at check-in that they did not in fact accept United Health Care from the state. That is wasted time and wasted gas that I can no longer get back.

We found this office through a friend after our insurance changed earlier this year. My son needed a new pediatrician after seeing the same one for 7 years. The office and staff here has been so welcoming, knowledgeable, professional and accommodating! We love Dr. Myers and the entire staff at this facility. Its a great place where you know youre child is loved and will be well cared for.

We love the Doctors and the staff. Always have had a good experience here. They know my daughter by name as soon as she walks in. They found a mass in her belly right of the bat and with no hesitation sent her right in for x-ray. Come to find out she had a 2 1/2 lb. Tumor on her liver. Love this place 5 stars for sure!

Love love love all of the doctors and staff. So caring and compassionate. Always willing to help us find the answers we want and what I love most is that they go with my gut feeling if I say something is wrong they continue to look until the find it!!!

My husband when here and now my son goes here. We absolutely LOVE Dr. Meyer. The staff is very knoweledable and they are great with kids. I wouldnt reccomend anywhere else.
