We have been patients for many years, Dr. Habel is wonderful, however lately the nurses do not seem to listen to my concerns and I feel I am being talked down to like Im an idiot. And yesterday the practitioner extern that looked at my son told him he had a heart murmur without consulting the doctor first. So my 10 year old sat there for 20 minutes crying while we waited for Dr. OMalley to finally come back in to tell us it was just from him being sick. In my opinion thats completely unprofessional! I love Dr. Habel but we are seriously considering leaving the practice after 10 years.

Dr OMalley was the only reason we stayed as long as we did. They messed up our insurance claims for about a year and renee was very rude and wouldnt accept any responsibility for it. Sent us a 1000$ bill all at once out of the blue. No communication from the office until we received that large bill. We just figured the claims were going through. Very weird

We have been going for years, my wife was Dr. OMalleys patient when she was younger and now we bring our 4 little ones and they all love her. Just be ready for a wait because these doctors really care about their patients and will not rush through any patient visit...VERY CARING.
