My first child was born in 2005. All these years and 3 more children later find us still using Dr Loventhal as our primary pediatrician. As a nurse, I appreciate that he takes my concerns seriously and investigates problems thoroughly. As a mom, I adore the fact he takes a personal interest in each child and is invested in their lives. I can trust that he will calm and reassure me when Im unnecessarily anxious, but advocate and explore when serious problems present. Dr Loventhal is a man who has the rare, precious qualities of both a skilled pediatrician and good friend.

Dr. Loventhal has been great to both of girls from birth. He takes the time to thoroughly examine the girls and has made great referrals when our girls have required more specialized care. As a parent he has made great recommendations and really cares about his patients. Highly recommend.

We love Dr.Loventhal! All three of my kids have gone to him since moving to Atlanta and so will my soon to be 4th. We have moved to Alpharetta 2 years ago but we still make the drive to Sandy Springs to see him! Highly recommend!

He doesnt understand most medical conditions so he keeps referring patients to specialists. He probably gets a cut from the specialists too.

Misdiagnosed our childs fever saying he was normal. That night we had to take him to the emergency. Find a better practice.
