I have had nothing but good things to say about the staff here and I go between the docs office here and over at Childrens. I will always prefer to go here! Now as far as the people that have left comments about waiting to hear back from the office yes there are sometimes delays but are you seriously waiting to hear back from someone to help your child instead of being more proactive and calling other offices yourself? They have always helped me and my family and sometimes going above and beyond. Its hard to take reviews seriously from someone who in the past gives constant negative reviews!!!! I have nothing but respect for the staff here and over at the Autism Center because they deal with so much and try to make everyone happy as much as possible!

Ive had the exact same experience as the other reviewer. I had no idea the practice wasnt taking new patients until I read that review. And after trying for nearly a month to get in touch with this poorly-run (for what else would you call a place where you cant get in touch with an actual human, and they dont deign to return phone calls?), there was one attempt at a call back. And they didnt even bother leaving a message to let us know they arent taking new patients. It doesnt matter how knowledgeable or awarded the physician is, if theyre that inept at simple contact, do you really want to entrust your children to them?

There is no way to reach anyone when you call these folks. They indicate to leave a message which will be returned within 48 hours but Ive called 4 times in the last 3 weeks and no one returns calls. I would understand if the practice is full/not taking new patients but at least call me back and let me know so that I can look elsewhere.

Ive been calling for weeks, it states to not leave multiple messages. I can NEVER reach a live person. If theyre not accepting new patients, itll be good to put on voicemail. Im weeks behind looking because Ive been waiting on a call back

I finally got a diagnosis from someone that has the medical background from someone that I needed. Most Drs spend an hour with my child and thats it!! Dr rubin gathered years of everyones opinions
