Arrogant and rude administrative service. The front desk attendant had a rude and arrogant attitude. The Office Manager was defensive. My aunt asked me if I could take my cousin to this clinic today. While in the waiting room, we were called to the window. I got up and walked to the window, and once there, clerk kept typing for a long while without looking or acknowledging my presence. At some point she started asking questions and, as I answered, her responses were patronizing, demeaning and rude. At one point she rolled her eyes impatiently, as if I was supposed to know the information. I am an American of Latin American descent, and look very Latin (black hair, olive skin), so obviously one of the possibilities in my mind is that she dislikes people of different backgrounds. It could also be a host of other things, but I definitely would not discount discrimination. I felt so offended that I went home and told my aunt what happened. She called the Office Manager, who started taking some information and at some point became defensive, would not let her finish her sentences (especially when she mentioned the fact that I am of Latin American descent), and at some point she even said that the conversation was unproductive. The office manager also asked my aunt if she was present while the exchange above happened between the clerk and me, which obviously makes this my word against hers. At that point in the conversation, my aunt stated that she would have her attorney give them a call. Im a full-time college student, with better things to do with my time than writing reviews about my young cousins Pediatric Clinic. However, I feel strongly enough about the mistreatment experienced at this clinic, that I wanted to take a moment to write a review and let other people know about what happened to us, and I certainly hope that the doctors who work there read this review, as they are probably unaware of what happens at the front desk and with their administrative staff.

Worst Place!!! Office is not organized at all. Staff is very rude and any questions you ask they will refer you back to the policy, which they will make it on the fly. I would not recommend anyone to take their kids at this facility. They refused to see my kid because they did not receive the paperwork on Saturday. They did not make any effort to see the sick child even though the other facility confirmed that the documents are in route. It looks like this facility is more concerned about their payment than patient. I am not sure about the doctors here, but the first experience matters the most and refusing to see the child is not worst on Debras part even though she calls herself nurse. Same on this place.

Pediatric Associates is great. I have been taking my kids there for years. Dr. Licata is awesome and he has great credentials. He is very down to earth and always seems happy, whistling the Beatles while he works, etc. I always can get an appointment right away in an emergency. And the nurses always call me back if I have a question, quite quickly actually. A previous reviewer mentioned the front desk. I know who you are talking about and she isnt there anymore. A very nice lady who smiles at everyone and is patient (my kid broke her snowman statue when we were there and she didnt blink an eye) has taken her place.

The front and back office staff at this office are not competent. They make mistakes with records (i.e. immunizations) and billing and blame those mistakes on others (insurance, computers, county and state, post office... etc.). This physician practice is only concerned with their bottom line and not their customers. They are unwilling to take responsibility for their own errors. These issues stem from the lack of leadership at the top, Dr. Licata. He puts dollars above patient care.

I agree, with the comment from Drew. The administrative and nursing staff appear to be disgruntled and disinterested in helping people. Weve had to fight for immunization records. The doctors appear to be really good and pleasant, but its just trying to get to them which is the issue. The doctors should evaluate the staff to understand how their attitude is hurting their business.

Ive been coming here since I was 9, and now Im 18. I dont see any other doctors, just Drs. Ani and Licata. I love them. Theyre so kind and knowledgable, and have always made my visits pleasant, even though I have major "white coat syndrome." This has been an awesome doctors office to grow up going to and I wish I could bring it with me to college in the fall!

Surprised to see some of the bad reviews on here. Have been taking my 3 kids here for years. We could not ask for a better doc than Dr. Ani. She is amazing. Couldnt be happier with this place. I have not had any bad experiences with the staff. They all seem friendly, especially the nurses.

Doctors are great but receptionist are awful. Had a billing issue and called in to pay after paying when the billing department thought they had hung up I herd her talking bad about me. Called back in to talk to the office manager and she told me I was lying.
