I called them regarding my daugther condition, who answered the phone said shell have a nurse to call me back. when the nurse called and after she asked all questions, she said shell transfair me to the front desk as we need to take my daughter to them to check ASAP. As a father I freaked out, the front desk personnel was really calm to the point that she didnt care a bout what im saying and said I cant set you an appointment now call us later!! and hangedup !!! Little after that I called them back and it was after work time. Finally, next day my wife called and got an appointment and a referral to the childrens hospital. They said, theyll send the referral to the hospital ASAP and soon it should be ready for us to call them and get an appointment. I called the Hospital but they didnt find any referral from them!! as Suburban Pediatrics didnt send any referrals. I called Suburban Pediatrics at 12pm, they were at lunch per phone message, called them 12:30 they were at lunch, called them at 1 pm but they were at launch.. called 1:13 PM but they were at lunch.. Finally at 1:17 pm no one answered and Iv left them a massage regarding my referral. no one called me back!! I think they need to know that theyre doctors to our most precious, our kids!!

We have been taking our now 14 year old son to Surburban Pediatrics since he was two weeks old. We usually go to the Mason office, however both offices are excellent! In all these years and especially in the first 6 years when he was a little guy, if I called with something or needed to be seen right away, I always was seen the same day. Many times they would say bring him in now and well work him in! The nurses are so calming and are very reassuring when you are taking.with them on the phone if calling with a sick kid and seeking their advice. Weve called from vacations for ear infections, bumped head, jellyfish sting, you name it, they are ALWAYS there and are very compassionate and helpful with what your child might be going through!! Very kind, caring, professional, amazing wonderful staff and we love Dr. Robert Wallace! This is THE place to take you kids if you want top notch professionals looking after your children in a warm and caring environment! LOVE ❤️Suburban Pediatrics!!!!! Highly recommend!!!! Best in the city!!!

Staff have always been pleasant. We see Dr. Brackens at Liberty and all three of my daughters love her!
