Like many of the other reviews posted on Yelp, I too had major issues with PAMPA Marietta locations office staff. Its a shame because I really liked a few of the doctors there, its a super convenient location and I can get a same-day appointment whenever my child is sick but I cant take the horrible ugly attitudes of their office staff anymore. In the 2.5 years that my child has been a patient there, Ive made two calls to their office manager (or so they said she was) to make PAMPA aware of the ongoing terrible treatment received from their office staff but nothing seems to be done to correct it. They are demanding, condescending and flat out rude. Ive even had one of them sit and argue with me demanding payment when the billing was clearly incorrect. On top of this, they charge an $18 admin fee for doing what should be a normal office task (writing prescriptions and providing records). Of course the ONE time I called in to ask for updated records, before even asking where to send the record to the girl blurted out, "You owe us $18!" I asked for reference on when I made my payment last (which was in the fall) and the girl told me she "didnt have time to look at my file." So much for customer service with this practice! Hopefully the doctors will get a clue and hire a more customer-friendly and efficient staff before they lose many more patients (or maybe they dont care).

We had Dr. Amador who was wonderful. He died. We were moved to Dr. Tannenbaum who was proficient. He moved. We have had a revolving list of Drs with inconsistent results. Our visit today was a new low. We were 10 minutes early for the appointment but didnt get in for 45 minutes after our appt time. Each form asks for a cell phone and every parent in the practice had a smart phone out. Could they text message that they were behind? Call? We were assigned Dr. Royal at the Marietta office. She was short to us, rude, and extremely unprofessional. She actually walked out and refused to continue our visit. A colleague had a similar experience with this doctor. She had 3 weeks to review the records. We see our child daily and both have advanced degrees. Refusing to allow a parent to speak?? The several thousand dollars that we and our insurance company spend yearly at this practice can go elsewhere. We can not risk that either of our sons EVER has to deal with this doctor again.

We are changing doctors. I cant get in and out of there in less than 1.5 hours, whether the appointment is scheduled or not. That is difficult with a 1 and 3 year old, and is especially frustrating when after waiting for over an hour you get less than 10 rushed minutes with the doctor. The check-you-in staff is rude, and doesnt seem to care that people have an agenda outside of this office. They also have some new policies where you have to show your card, and if you dont they charge you for the full amount, regardless of the fact that the card on file, that you just showed last month is still accurate. Another trip there. Worst of all, they didnt listen to me when I said my son had an allergy to a specific medicine. Perscribed it anyway. Now hes sicker than when we started. Not going back here again if I can help it. I recommend you dont either.

The doctors are nice, the office is nice, the administrative staff are a little blunt... but the big issue with these guys is that they have terrible time management issues. We have had 4 appointments now, its always the same - you wait 15 mins after your appointment time in the waiting area, then you are called into one of the examination rooms, a nurse takes your details then you wait a further 15-20 mins for the doctor to come in. If injections are required, there is a further 15-20 min wait. Every appointment has taken a 1-1.5 hour visit, for what should take no more than a few minutes. It is very difficult keeping children occupied while waiting around for so long. And we always go before 9am, so it is not like they are backed up by that time. Judging from other reviews, this has been an issue for a long time now. Looking elsewhere now.

My son has been a patient at this practice for 15 years. We decided it was time to move on to an adult practice as he is 6 feet tall and 210 pounds. I went to request his records. I was told it would be 2 weeks and a per page copy fee in addition to the $25 administrative fee I already pay each year. I was also told that the office would refuse to release copies of any specialist reports from 15 years they had received. It saddens me that this is the way we are leaving the practice. I wonder if all pediatric patients are charged $100+ to get their records transferred to an adult doctor as a final goodbye from the practice. I know it is legal, but it just seems wrong.

I love Dr. Hassle but the wait is really ridiculous in this office! Our appt was at 4:30 and we did not go back to the office until 5pm. Then the nurse asked to undress my son, and we were left sitting there over half an hr. Of course I dressed him before she came in due to being cold and we were there for a sick visit. Not very organized and no one came back for us until I opened the door in concern. We did not leave until quarter to 6! We sat with the Dr no more than 10 mins.. The wait was over an Hr! Pass!

Very professional and timely response for all the appointments. Dr Morgan has been very considerate and knowledgeable in addressing our concerns and the fact that they are open on Saturday morning for a couple of hours has saved us some urgent care visits.

My daughter is a patient there, the last appointment we had, they told me right there they have to changed Dr. and also they made us wait over 50 min. its little to ridiculous made sick kids wait for that long, we are considering going to another office!

Absolutely wonderful practice with caring and knowledgeable Doctors. I would absolutely recommend the group to anyone and in particular Dr. Stephanie Hassel. I can not say enough good things about our experience with our 4 children at PAMPA.
