The owner is the dentist at this office...She threw my husband out of the dental chair and her office, said she wouldnt service him because I called there to question why did the charges change,, The dentist acted very unprofessional and unethical.. My husband tooth was exposed and he was in excruciating pain. He had to walk around for a week like that until he found another dentist.. And to add salt to injury, this office had the audacity to send my husband a bill for charges six months later.. He had the office visit in Feb 2016 and the billing date is Aug, 2016..The absolute funny part of this bill it never stated the billing date of services only the date the bill was generated.. How convenient.. Why would they send my husband a bill when the dentist threw him out and refused to serve him but 6 month later expect to be paid.. The receptionist said the office manager Laurie said if my husband doesnt pay it it will go to collections..So you are willing to ruin my husband credit because of your dentist unprofessional unacceptable behavior and six month later billing. This is so wrong on all levels,,You expect to get paid after throwing my husband out all because I questioned your charges.. My husband didnt do anything wrong and you made him suffer..We have a right to ask questions and its the right of the business to answer them.. If you all dont see the wrong in this then this business needs to investigated..

I had braces 7 or 8 different times with other doctors, but my teeth were never completely aligned.I came to Grateful Dental and Dr Leia Porcaro was able to align my teeth in less than 6 months. Now I have a gorgeous smile. Thanks to Dr Leia Porcaro and her staff. Please be careful about this place.Very much unprofessional. Dentist herself tries to do things very fast withut taking any special care. After cleaning they recommended dental filling for me,the dentist did it very fast and she gave seven shots inside my mouth.After a month I had severe pain.I went there and she said after filling most of the time pain is expected in a month.Luckily enough the dental assistant told me to use the proenamel toothpaste and it saved me.Doctor didnt advice anything about using proenamel but she was insisting me on doing root canal and crown which costs like almost $1500.By looking at her face I understood she didnt like the stuff giving me the advice to use proenamel tooth paste.

THIS PLACE IS FREAKING TRASH! they said I had periodontal disease, they only took ONE FREAKING X-rays of my gums, to tell me I need a deep cleaning which they charge 800.00 and gave me an periodontal treatment also to be charge 100.00 every three months , this treatment WHICH DIDNT WORK AT ALL. I went to a REAL periodontist, she took x-rays and she did real DEEP CLEANING! to find out Grateful Dental periodontal procedure is TRASH. I wish I can sue the HELL OUT THIS PLACE TO GET MY FREAKING MONEY BACK. you guys charge people for PERIODONTAL PROCEDURES BUT YOU DONT HAVE A PERIODONTIST!!! they have ALL DENTAL ASSISTANTS DOING THEIR WORK NO DENTAL HYGIENIST JUST ASSISTANTS . SUCH B.S

saying people have gum disease and they dont so they can steal your money be careful.. scammers!!!!!! I got a flyer theyve been sending to mailboxes. It offered a cleaning, x-rays, and get a dental exam for only $99 dollars. PRINTED BELOW , it said "offer only valid in the absence of gum disease ............they told me I had gum disease which I know I didnt bc I get check-ups at another dental office they never said anything to me about having gum disease. So decided to go to the office I was going to got a check-up and told them what grateful dental said was wrong . they did an x ray and exam said there was no gum disease found that I was healthy

Attentive, talented and thorough Dentist and hygenist/ortho assistant. Dr. Porcaro is the best at what she does and is very thorough. She always listens to my concerns and employs all techniques and technology to ensure my smile is healthy and beautiful. Her staff are gentle but thorough and explain everything. Lorie is great as the office manager and they offer many options for payment. The lose a star only because of the scheduling staff. I dont know why but they just cant get it together. Once I get past the scheduling merry go round its wonderful. I have seen the doctor for routine cleaning, (first time) cavity, six month smile and cosmetic dentistry.

I found grateful dental through an advertisement in brazilian magazine. I thought the price was affordable. So I came and spoke with Dr Porcaro and she recommended that I crown my some of my upper teeth. I agreed and had been wanting to the this procedure for many years.Sheppard spoke with my about money and made me feel comfortable. I had the procedure done and a few weeks later I had my new smile. I was thrilled to the point of crying, The job Dr Porcaro did was beyond my wildest dreams. I would recommend anyone to grateful dental so that they could have the same experience that I had. I feel like a it was a miracle for me.

I went for a exam and cleaning for the first time in a long time. The atmosphere was absolutely wonderful and the receptionist greeted me promptly with a smile! I had a few concerns and fears coming in due to prior dental experiences. Brandy was very professional and did a wonderful job of making me comfortable and informing me on everything that she was going to do! Dr. Porcaro was awsome and very attentive. I would recommend this dentist to anyone, especially someone with any anxiety about going because they really take the time to make sure youre comfortable.

I would call Grateful Dental and Dental Practice sent by God himself to care for those in need of good dental care of there teeth , I would say Dr Pecora and her staff are not only courteous , but very knowledgeable and wise on dental care and how to serve there patients. Even though its a fast paced environment because of all the patients who come through Grateful , all you have to do is ask the question and you will receive and answer honestly , gratefully and caringly what a wonderful Dental Practice !!!!!!!!!

At first I thought the reviews were bogus because they were ALL GREAT!!! But the reviews are accurate. The staff is AMAZING!!!! Linda and Dr. P are wonderful. I have an extreme fear of the Dentist but they explained everything in detail, provided options and the best dental care plan. Finally I found a Dentist that I feel comfortable with. Its worth the drive!!!! If you are on the fence dont be and go see them. You wont be sorry! And they are opened every other Saturday. What a blessing

I have been going to Grateful Dental since last July and would highly recommend them to anyone. The staff is very friendly, super helpful, and the work that Dr. Leia has done for me is exceptional. You really do not feel like your are visiting the dentist. Plus they have been great with my schedule, and they have TVs on the ceilings, how cool is that? What the news, or sportscenter while you get your work done. The entire staff are true professionals, and treat you like family.
