I truly cannot speak well enough of Dr. Kerr and his staff. As a patient now for over 13 yrs I have consistently received the utmost professional service and care from each staff member at every appointment. From the friendly greeting to the brief stay in the waiting room (pls dont bother to pick up a magazine as you wont have time to read an article!!) to the honest and detailed service you receive from all the staff to the wonderful ginerbread cookie treat as you exit the office. Just this past month (Feb, 2011), Dr. Kerr and his staff surpassed their normal level of excellence by willingly accommodating my work schedule to finish a crown. Not only had Dr. Kerr generously offered to come in during his off hours to complete the crown, his staff had stayed late the night before preparing all the tools necessary for the procedure. While in the chair, I thought that maybe Dr. Kerr had decided to schedule a few patients for the day due to the icy conditions in Atlanta during Jan/Feb 2011. However during our conversation I realized (and then confirmed with Dr. Kerr) that I was the only patient of the day!! I was absolutely amazed and dumbfounded!!! It was unbelievable that a doctor of 30 years would come into his office for a single paitent. If you have insurance most likely you expect to pay your co-pay or deductible for routine cleaning and evaluation. Not here. If Dr. Kerrs office charge is $200 and your insurance company will only pay $100 (the negotiated rate), you must pay the $100 not covered by your insurance company. From their fine print, "...you must pay all deductibles and co-payments...you will be billed for any remaining balance after your insurance payments are posted." I just received a bill for $215 for routine cleanings over the past year - this is what the insurance company didnt cover. Hope this helps someone. - Shawn

I love this dental office. Everyone is helpful and SUPER friendly. They are as concerned as you are about your dental needs. My insurance is very limited, and this office is considered out of network for me, but I love it so much I decided to stay here and just pay out a little bit more for their services. Dr. Kerr is amazing and very thorough with any options he goes over with you. I had a filling today, and he saved me over $1,200 just this morning!! I will continue to go to this office for my dental work :) Thanks Kerr & Gavric!!!

I went for my front tooth filling and it was horrible experience. There was a very small dark spot between my front 2 teeth but Dr. Kerr carved out large portion. When it was over, there was huge gap between the teeth. I was very unhappy and showed my displeasure right there. He redid the filling to correct it but but even then I am not satisfied with the final appearance of my teeth. I am really upset about this and will never go there again. I need to find somebody who can fix the mess up.

Dr. Kerr and his staff are awesome! Very knowledgeable and professional, and their office environment is fun. They dont pressure you to buy additional services. They address your concerns and never make you feel rushed. Dr. Kerr has been our familys dentist for over 15 years. And even though we no longer live/work in that area, we still make the drive back to Dr. Kerr. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
