I primarily picked this place because it was 5 minutes away from where I lived. There was always long wait times even when I showed up early for my appointment. Finally when I transferred to another place getting my medical records was very difficult. It took 5 months for them to send it to my new pediatrician. It was because the doctor was too busy and had other peoples records back up. (That is what they kept telling me.) But to prevent this back up from happening Dr. Hall and her staff need to figure out how to make time for their paying patients. FYI Im still trying to make an appointment to my new pediatrics. Hopefully I wont miss another check up appointment.

I would not recomend this Pediatric office to no one unless you plan to spent your entire day in their office! The staff, however, is highly knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. The last few visit are very unpleasant. Our wait time was 3 hrs and and the miss hall do not come on time. My baby was very irritable and agitated due to the long wait. We ask the staff y the long wait? They only say shes coming??Customer service was nice and pleasant. But I dont recommend and I already transferred to another professional.

Well the wait time is very long. I had a 9:00 appt. I didnt get seen until 10:30. Then another 30 minutes in the room, the doctor went in there and within 5-10 minutes she was out. I left the office, at 11:00. I do however like how the staff is, very friendly and nice. But overall its ok the doctor does do a good job, however the waiting time to get an appointment is very long as well 2months out. And sometimes they call and cancel because the doctor is not there.. I guess I just go because of the wonderful staff. :)

Fernandez was great - I loved him and he was fast! Dr. Hall is terrific too. Pearl Pediatrics is a great place to take your kids.
