Did you ever have one of those days when you just wanted to give up and never exercise again? I did. And then I met Alison Brock. She calmly took me by the hand and said – SNAP OUT OF IT!!! This new knee is never going to work properly if you don’t do the work. So she developed a customized rehab program that included some of the standard rehab exercises, but she also created my own personal obstacle course. (She tried to develop an Olympic competition, but I was making so much progress, that no one else wanted to compete against me, LOL) Not only did she help me reach my rehab goals, she also helped me improve my attitude and outlook. Today I am pain free and work out 5 days a week. My rehab plan was productive and FUN. I would highly recommend Alison Brock for physical therapy and strength training.
