Karyn is incredibly well-trained, knowledgeable & experienced, has a super keen eye, and communicates instructions well. The clinic and Pilates studio are very nice and extremely well-kept. The Oov is a tool that the trainers & therapists know how to use at ProHealth and I consider that a big advantage. I am happy to travel 4.5 hours one way for Pilates instruction at ProHealth!

I have been taking pilates from Tina at Pro Health for 5 years. She is a kind, patient, and knowledgeable pilates instructor and PT Assistant. I am stronger physically and mentally now. Pilates is something I will continue for my lifetime.

this is a nice place and I like taking Pilates but the catch is everyone cant come at 8.30 to take a mat class when the there is only two days to come and one set time.
