I worked with Aaron at Bodyworks, and this is a long overdue thank you and recommendation for his treatment and service. I came to him with a herniated disc, and was in incredible pain. Aaron worked conscientiously on my lower back over several weeks, and my recovery was hastened. I had not expected to be back in the gym for months, doing any kind of exercise. It was certainly worth the out of pocket and the parking difficulties to have first rate treatment without the need for surgery. Great job Aaron, I have no hesitation in recommending him (and have done several times)

These guys are amazing. I went from barely being able to run 6 miles without pain (due to runners knee and rotated pelvic bone) to finishing the half marathon pain-free. This in just 4 weeks of therapy! Aaron has done an amazing job - i would recommend him to anyone with sports-related complications.
