I was fairly new to pilates and had more than a couple of health issues when I started here over a year ago. From Jasmines welcoming smile to Jessica & Kims expertise to Marci & Katies butt-kicking classes, it is the best I have felt in years. They helped get me back in shape, even helping through my recovery after neck surgery this year. These gals know their stuff and take great pride in their studio and their clients. I am forever grateful.

The pilates classes here are great. I have always hated any group workout class I have taken except at Stability. The instructors are helpful, friendly and make you want to workout. You get a personal touch from all of them and dont just feel like a number like at other workout facilities. Even in a class, they will address any individual needs. They are definitely helping me get back to my prebaby shape.

the team here is superb. Jessica is extremely knowledgeable and understands how to troubleshoot and remedy issues well beyond the obvious. Not a typical physical therapy practice - one on one with a lot of listening. After my therapy, I graduated to their classes for maintenance. Katie pays close attention to details and it shows. Thanks.
