I have seen Kelly over the past year and she has been instrumental in my recovery process. I was a competitive athlete until I suffered a hip injury which caused me a great deal of trouble. I never recovered and was struggling with pain in multiple places before seeing Kelly. She has helped me transition into a high paced professional career working 60+ hours a week, giving me the perfect balance of pushing me to get stronger and doing manual work to help me survive. I am back to playing soccer, and continue to get better everyday. The office is energetic and treats everyone from aspiring and former professional athletes, to amateurs athletes to those that never played a sport in their life. Kelly is comfortable treating any age and any injury. She is a caring and dedicated therapist, who will continue to grow on you as you work with her. Many therapists now a days do notes while they treat you - Kelly cares so much about her patients that she does these after hours so she can focus fully on her patients. You often have therapy at the same time as 1 or 2 other people, but she always makes sure to find time to give you personal attention, and ensure the other time you are doing the exercises correctly. Overall, I would highly recommend this therapy clinic.

Everyone who worked their was friendly enough. They were just all very young and unprofessional. The girl at the front desk was talking about her personal life with one of the therapist. The therapist who worked with me wasnt even an actual Physical Therapist yet she was doing her internship and she did my initial assessment all alone with no guidance from an actual therapist. When I asked her about my diagnosis she described my symptoms inaccurately back to me. When I told her that is not how I described my symptoms she seemed surprised. She was so focused on the door and who was coming in and filling out her form correctly she really did not listen to what I was saying. I will not be returning.

I have been going to Neurosport and Kelly in particular for several months. I have found her professional, caring and extremely knowledgeable. She spends a lot of time with her patients listening and absorbing the issues and finding exercises and treatments to help. The front desk staff and assistants are also helpful and energetic. It is definitely not an uptight, boring environment but rather one which motivates you to work hard and recover fast!

This place is run horribly! The physical therapist that worked with me, Kelly, was rather rude and didnt seem to be focused on me...which is the whole point of me paying them! Not only that, but the attitude of most of the workers there was very unpleasant. The work wasnt bad, but the overall customer experience was very sub par. I wont be going back
