I will put it this way... If you care about your pet that is the only place you should go. Unbelievable how caring, professional, knowledgeable, experienced stuff is there. EVERYONE starting with front desk ladies, assistants and of course Dr. Mark are great people. I took my dog there this morning for tooth removal. That was our first visit there... I took my dog to a different vet in Algonquin earlier l was told that cracked tooth has to be removed. I had mixed feelings about it since the vet there didnt really examined my dog just look at her from the distance, made the decision and hand me a $500+ quote. Something didnt feel right so l scheduled my visit at Family Pet Care Clinic. Guess what. Tooth is fine, doesnt have to be removed at least not now, but Dr. Mark EXAMINED MY DOG THOROUGHLY while 4 people were holding my dog he still looked at all her teeth and made sure she is FINE! After all Dr. Mark explained everything in detail, there was no need to put my dog thru all surgery situation since crack is pretty much cosmetic! Thanks to Dr. Mark my dog doesnt have to go thru stress and pain. From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU! I am so glad l found this clinic! I will be back with my other dog as well!

Dr. Marchewski is awesome. He has taken such great car of my doxie kids and lab nephews. Even when things were at their worst his heart was there right with ours. He is such a caring individual and it shows that he is in the profession for the good of all animals. I will never switch vets and I would recommend his services to anyone I know.

My parents and I have been taking our pets there since the late 80s. Their pricing is very good, and this guy knows what he is doing. He is realistic, and wont give you an b.s. when it comes to making the tough decisions. I wouldnt take my dog anywhere else.

We travel far just to visit this vet doctor 1hr drive. Took 3 of our pets here from day one all of them had a great care from dr burgess..gave alot of care and alot of options when making best decision for our dogs...so highly recommended...
