This doctor was 30 minutes late and told me I was rude after pointing it out to him. He accused me of artificial tanning because I am not pale and pointed out the redness of my skin as an example of sunburn. My skin was red, however, because it turns pink/purple in cold environments (60F in his office) because I have poor circulation. I was aghast at his poor communication. He also would not prescribe a shampoo of any kind for my seborrhea (my reason for coming in), because it was not flaring up at the time. He assumed that I was in his office trying to get a prescription for someone else. Ultimately, the experience was disappointing, rude, insulting, and unprofessional. Ive never had a doctor tell me that I was going to die young based on the fact that I was a lying patient. I feel insulted and slightly humiliated after meeting this Doctor.

Dr Chanasue is a very thorough and knowledgable doctor with a terrific bedside manner. He has a conservative approach to his dermatology visit and did not want to do any procedures to my teenage daughter while she is in her growth years because of the potential for adverse reactions. I appreciate his cautious approach.

Dr. Chanasue is wonderful and very intelligent. Only negative is appointments usually run an hour late. Been going to him for 10+ years now.

Why is this still here if the Dr. "Retired at the end of December"? Way to waste my time.

Over an hour late and still waiting. Yeah, retirement is probably a good idea doc.
