I first visited Arlington Chiropractic Clinic 19 years ago. I was scheduled to have back surgery and someone recommended that I visit a chiropractor before going through with the surgery. I decided to give it a try and made an appointment to see Dr. Horn. After a series of regular visits, I was able to avoid having the surgery. Nineteen years later my back is as strong as ever. Since that time I have run four marathons and have been able to lift heavy weights without even thinking about my back. Dr. Horn is very knowledgeable, sincere, and is pleasant to work with. I have recently returned to Arlington Chiropractic Clinic to work on correcting my posture due to sitting at a desk all day. While there I made an appointment for a nutrition consultation and have been able to lower my blood sugar to an acceptable level after years of failure on my own. The massage therapy service I use in the same office is very professional and effective. After returning from a 19-year absence, I saw that many of the same experienced staff are still there, along with some energetic new faces. Overall I would highly recommend Arlington Chiropractic Clinic for anyone considering the services.

I never realized how debilitating back pain could be until I experienced it myself, and under Dr. Horns continued care it has been virtually eliminated. I have frequently worked with their physical therapist, Ross, who is knowledgeable and friendly; Melissa and Jenny at the front desk are incredibly helpful when it comes to scheduling and answering questions about insurance; and their massage therapist, Nancy, has done wonders for my back and shoulder. The Arlington Chiropractic Clinic is a great place to go for whole wellness chiropractic care. I have been a patient of Dr. Horn for years. He is hands down the best doctor I have had my entire life. He is very knowledgeable and not just your spine but the the rest of your body as well as nutritional and holistic care. He is a warm and attentive doctor. I feel right at home when in his care. I highly recommend going to this clinic if you are having any sort of pain or discomfort from your muscles, joints or bones. They also have massage therapy as well.

I have been a patient here for several months now for treatment of neck and shoulder pain due to frequent migraines. I have seen a significant improvement in both the amount and severity of my headaches and my pain is minimal and manageable thanks to monthly adjustments, and all Ive learned from the physical therapy offered here. Nutrition services and hormone therapy are also very helpful. Dr. Christa is wonderful, Ross in physical therapy is the best, and the front desk staff are so nice and very helpful. Definitely recommend!

Tried to cure some back pain on my own with heating pads, ice packs and Doans pills for two weeks. Not a good idea. After following Dr. Horns program there was a noticeable change for the better within a few weeks. A month later, Im pain free and have a new appreciation for taking care of my back. The therapy/exercises are very simple to do in their office and at home. Very friendly staff as well.

The Ideal Protein Plan that she implements is a tried and true successful program that really works. The front staff is friendly, kind, and compassionate.
