About 2 years ago I could barely function due to a bulging disk in my lower back. I was in pain 24/7 whether I was lying down, sitting, or standing. I tried just about everything; over the counter & prescription medications, PT, an extremely painful injection of anti-inflammatory meds directly into my lower back, ice, you name it & nothing seemed to give me relief. I was debating if I should try one more of those horribly painful anti-inflammatory injections & thats when my sister referred me to Dr Jeff. Ive been to other chiropractors in the past but Dr Jeffs approach was so completely different from what I was used to. He invested as much time as I needed at my first appointment to talk through what was going on with my spine, educating me on the nervous system and spine, using new technology to identify the areas impacted rather than relying on xrays & spelling out a treatment plan to help me get back to functioning normally again without relying on all kinds of medication. What really sets Dr Jeff apart from other Chiropractors is his passion to educate people whether its exercises to strengthen my back, nutrition information which helped me eliminate foods that cause inflammation, stress relief, etc....he invests a great deal of time into his patients & truly cares about their well-being. If I had a flare up on a Saturday morning no problem! One quick text to Dr Jeff & he would make plans to meet me in the office to get me back on track. Amy is amazing as well! She took excellent care of me when setting up my first appointment, walking me through what I could expect & made sure I had as much information as I needed before arriving for my first appointment. Almost 2 years later & shes still amazing! Amy always has a positive attitude, is cheerful, very accommodating & quick to respond if I need to adjust my appointments. I would strongly recommend giving Dr Jeff @ Epic Life Chiropractic a call, whether your perfectly healthy & feeling great or in a situation like I was in. I dont know what I would do without Dr Jeff & Amy taking such good care of me : )

Dr. Jeff and his staff are amazing. After years of searching, we have finally found a place that understands all the challenges that our son has struggled with his entire life, and in a very short amount of time, they’ve been able to help him lead a more fulfilled and positive life. Our son struggled with all types of issues from constipation, projectile vomiting, earaches, constant nasal inflammation, febrile seizures, lesions in his brain, gross and fine motor deficiencies, as well as other development delays and concerns. We knew that if we didn’t find help for our son, we most likely would have been on a course that ended with medicating our son in order to allow him to better function. And that just didn’t seem like the right next step for us. We are thankful we came across Dr. Jeff at just the right time. And the progress weve seen in just a few months has been tremendous. Seeing Dr. Jeff has been an unlock for him in many ways, including better eating habits, and how to help his body grow and function more as it is intended to do...naturally. His teachers, without knowledge of his visits to Dr. Jeff, have both independently commented on how far hes come in just a few short months. Family members who do not see him often have commented on his improved behavior and his ability to be more consistent in his moods. Additionally, our son’s nasal drainage has almost completely ceased, his bathroom struggles have greatly improved, and his cognitive abilities at school have increased dramatically with his ability to focus on his work. His gross and fine motor skills, particularly his ability to write and use scissors effectively, has come leaps and bounds, and those are just a few examples. Overall, he’s just a happier kid. I truly feel that children, especially those experiencing multiple issues with their bodies or development can be helped with the right support. Dr. Jeff is that person for us, and we would encourage anyone that has any concerns to reach out and give it a try. This has changed our lives, and we are forever thankful.

Before I began going to Dr Jeff my body felt like it had been falling apart for the last few years. I wasn’t even 40 years old yet and had been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and arthritis which had caused the ac joint in my right shoulder to deteriorate. The quality of life I had wasn’t good. I was in constant pain throughout my body with the worst of it in my neck, shoulders and upper back. I had very little mobility in my neck and arms. My hands were turning numb and would cramp up so badly it was becoming impossible for me to play my cello. It felt like someone injected acid into all my muscles. When I woke up in the morning it would take close to 4 hours for me to get my body moving. I had been told by other doctors that there wasn’t much I could do other then start getting injections in my shoulder and surgery in the future. I didn’t buy it. I knew there had to be another way, another solution, and I was not ready to accept my life as it was. I was desperate and willing to do anything to feel better even if that meant having to pay out of my pocket. I began searching the internet and in my search I saw Dr Jeff’s website. I had never been to a chiropractor before and I didn’t know anything about them but it was worth a try. I called his office and he was able to get me in that day. I’ve been seeing Dr Jeff now for just over two months and I am happy to report that not only my body feels so much better but also my mind. My right shoulder no longer sags two inches lower then my other. I can reach my arms around my back to zip a dress, something I couldn’t do to save my life. I have complete mobility in my neck, shoulders, and arms again and my hands no longer turn numb or cramp up playing the cello. I am no longer in constant pain. Dr Jeff also began teaching me how to take care better care of my body, something I didn’t know how to do. My future is bright again 

I was at a party and overheard another mom talking about seeing a chiropractor for her sons ADHD. My daughter is 11 years old and was diagnosed with ADHD in Kindergarten. She does quite well both socially and academically, but she needed to take medication to keep her focused. As a parent, I felt terribly guilty giving my daughter a drug every single morning. I felt even worse because most ADHD medications have some troubling side effects. My daughter had trouble falling asleep at night, always had a stomach ache after taking the medication, it greatly reduced her appetite and worst of all, I felt she wasnt quite as happy when she was on the medication. So, of course I asked this mom who her son was seeing. We starting seeing Dr. Jeff and his staff less than a year ago and my daughter is completely off her ADHD medication today. Totally amazing!!! I will admit that my husband and I were quite skeptical. We had done a lot of research on ADHD so we were unsure how adjusting our daughters spine was going to help her focus and eliminate the need for medication. Dr. Jeff explains everything in great detail, in a way we and our daughter could understand. The office and staff are wonderful. The office is set up to welcome children. Movies, games, food, hot chocolate! Of course that is not the important part but it adds to the experience of getting adjusted, which my daughter absolutely loves. You can tell that Dr. Jeff and his staff genuinely care about each and every one of their patients and want to help them achieve their best epic life. I can never thank Dr. Jeff enough. My daughter is SO happy to no longer have to take a pill every morning. My happy, go lucky daughter is back! What an incredible gift. Thank you Dr. Jeff!!
