Its a shame how this practice is ran. After 3 hours of training on my first day, I was left alone to run the front desk. Howerver, I was able to rise to the occasion due to 20+ years of working in offices, 6 years of which were as chiropractic office manager. As well as I have 3 children to feed, and provide for. Most of all, because I love/know what chiropractic can do first hand. The practice manager Vickie was either too busy with her personal drama, or out of the office. Dr. DeCibellis is completely unapproachable, which makes interactions with him uncomfortable. Instead of answering questions you may have it was more of a bother, and met with the attitude of you should know this you were showed once. After exactly 2 weeks I was let go for being late 2 times. 1st was my toilet tank broke and flooded my bathroom, and 2nd the train right before the office caught me. So I was now to be there 15 minutes ahead of originally scheduled, but no one was there due to the meeting they were having I assume now about my departure. As well as entering insurances incorrectly without assistance. Im not writing this review out of anger, but due to what the practice manager said to me upon letting me know I was being fired. I dont want any bad blood or bad reviews. I laughed and so no worries Im not even thinking about that. She then proceeded to try and sell me lies of maybe coming back to work there. I said thank you but no thank you Ive had enough. She said truth is I dont want any bad reviews other employees have and I dont want any. She had no problem putting on an act to ensure the truth be untold. Its disheartening to know that people like this are able to be in the health care field. Especially when all they care about is the money vs the betterment of their patients. Being a parent of a special need child I know the importance of loving and professional healthcare. I spend a lot of time in several different medical offices and hospitals thats why I switched fields to give back for all the dedicated and loving assistance we have had thoroughout the years. But enough of the negativity I want to send a special thank you to Dr. Reed, Kevin, Ali, and Erica. You 4 are beautiful souls, and thank you for all your help plus kindness.

I found this place by using a Groupon for a $29 massage. First of all, wow! $29 is awesome and I booked right away since I knew they would fill up fast. I suffer from chronic back pain and was suffering from muscle spasms and needed an inexpensive way to help them. While there, I was offered a free consultation which included X-rays, so I went for it. I knew my spine was messed up from a previous chiropractic visit a year before. After getting the XRays, Dr. Mike sat down with me to show me the damage that had happened to my spine in a matter of a year. He sat with me for an hour and answered all my questions. I decided to try his care plan, as I needed help. He worked out a payment plan that fit my budget using Care Credit and a schedule that fit my busy life. The massage therapists and front desk ladies are stellar. They know everyone by name and treat me like Im a friend. It is a clean and friendly environment that has a homey feel. So far my treatment is about 1/3 of the way through and my back has improved immensely. My mobility and flexibility have increased. I highly recommend this office for massages and chiropractic care.

I started having lower back pain, neck pain, and shoulder pain after starting to work out. One morning I woke up with such horrible lower back pain I could hardly move. After a short search on the internet and seeing all the great reviews on Main Street Chiropractic, I called and talked to Tori, hoping to get in within the week. Tori made an appointment for me the SAME DAY, right after I finished work. After my first meeting with Doctor DeCubellis, I was sure he was going to help me. He made me feel really good about everything. Even though I live in Naperville, driving a half hour to Main Street Chiropractic is well worth it! I have recommended them to everyone I know with pain and am buying massage gift cards as Christmas presents to get massages with Danielle because she is the best! I have been coming for about a month and have had amazing improvements and am working out again with NO pain at all.

I have been going to Main St. for 7 months and cant even begin to say enough good about them. I was dealing with back and shoulder pain so bad it was effecting my quality of life. I was able to get to work and that was about it. My off days were spent on the couch just trying to recover. Main St. Gave me a thorough exam including xrays. Then we discussed treatment plans. Within 2 weeks I was noticing amazing improvements. Im ready to get back to running, my arm has full range of motion back and my bad days are getting fewer and fewer. But Main St is also good for the soul. They greet every patient by name as they walk in the door. There is laughter and joy. They host food drives, offer specials for Military vets and their families, and partner with other Downers Grove businesses on various programs. In other words, Main St. gets that true healing happens in body AND spirit. I am so thankful for them.

The staff are all very nice and I felt very welcomed there, but have to definitely urge anyone considering this chiropractor to seek an alternative. Every visit was nearly the exact same. The chiropractor didnt work towards long term healing and improvements at all. All he wanted to do was cash out on my good insurance and encouraged me to come in 3+ time a week for adjustments which is insane after doing my research. I now have an additional ailment in my neck and its been many months since I discontinued treatment. Please do yourself a favor and find a chiropractor who is more experienced and doesnt view his patients as a paycheck. He wasnt even able to explain how acupuncture works and is not very knowledgable in regards to alternative medical practices.

Nice office, but massage was great! Happy I found a nice and honest massage office doing a wonderful service to the people for very affordable prices. I can compare now a good massage to just a massage. The easiest way to get an appointment in a comfortable time. The Office is very timely with appoitments. I feel happy what the massage therapist Kourtney did to my body. She does a wonderful job, making sure tothrough work each muscle. She had a right balance of firmness and gentelness. Impressed with Kourtneys knowledge, technique and professionalism. Front desk explains everything and takes care of every who comes in to office with immediate attention. Excellent customer service. I was very happy with massage therapist name Courtney. She has excellent customer service skills, is willing to accommodate a client to ensure a good massage experience, displays a high professionalism. She likes a job she is doing. She did great massage, I could compare with my somewhere else made massages before. Now I can tell a difference. Thank you. Also thank for very kind front desk staff. She answered in all my questions with lots of patients , even advising in my worries about my parked car. Thank you
