My wife called to see if Dr. Anderson or Dr. Lin were taking new patients and provided our insurance. The lady for scheduling was extremely rude and rushed my wife off the phone. She was trying to interrupt my wife even though my wife want finished ansking the question. The womans impatient response "No, they arent taking any new patients at this time." And quickly hung up. What bothers me is how rude people are especially in medical offices and when dealing with people on a daily basis. Maybe you shouldnt deal with people if this is the case.

We have moved out of state and he still is helpful. The office staff is great and caring which is hard to find. I miss the small town feel of the office.
